He has several years of professional experience defined by an extensive background in almost all aspects of controlled environmental farming of aquatic organisms including facilities design and operation programs. During the past 7 years, in an intensive RAS steelhead salmon facility in upstate New York, I directed a 3 million dollars pilot for pacific white shrimp production using biofloc and RAS technologies obtaining promising results.
Previously, he worked as an Aquaculture Research Associate for the Department of Fisheries and Allied Aqua-cultures of Auburn University in the Marine Aquaculture Research Center located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Working on the intensive production of White shrimp, Red Snapper, Pompano and live feeds as microalgae and zooplankton for marine larval rearing production programs.
