In this episode of the Voice of Business podcast, Hawaii's only Certified Professional Public Adjuster, Robert Joslin, joined us to provide important information to those who have been affected by the wildfires on Maui. Robert is the principal public adjuster at Hawaii Public Adjusters Corp where he also serves as its president.

Robert explains the problems arising from public adjusters that are not certified in Hawaii and explains that some are posing as adjusters for his firm. He also explains the difference between a Hawaii public adjuster and an out-of-state public adjuster. Robert later talks about warning signs to watch for if a public adjuster approaches you and how to ensure they are legitimate.
