The Chamber's AVP of Workforce Development Vanessa Rogers sat down with Bennette Misalucha to talk about the importance of workforce development in Hawaii. Bennette is currently the Executive Director of the State Workforce Development Council. In this episode, the two discuss the upcoming Future of Work 2024 Conference, the Workforce Development Hero Awards, and how companies can recognize their employees this month.
