I talk with Ian McNair about settling down after 7 years of world traveling to raise girls and practice his craft on the eastern shore of Virginia. Ian learned to carve duck decoys from his father, Mark McNair and now carries on the tradition. Now he carves ducks professionally, and is a co-founder of High'N'Dry Outdoors, which make industrial grade waders for outdoorsmen and aquaculturalists.
