But there's"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":248.31,"endTime":253.41,"body":"such, you know, there was a real"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":248.31,"endTime":253.41,"body":"need for improvement, you know,"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":253.44,"endTime":258.9,"body":"back in the 1990s and early"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":253.44,"endTime":258.9,"body":"2000s, a real focus on patient"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":258.9,"endTime":261.27,"body":"quality and how we were going to"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":258.9,"endTime":261.27,"body":"do that. And"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":263.31,"endTime":266.22,"body":"there were some pockets that"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":263.31,"endTime":266.22,"body":"really led led the way up in"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":266.22,"endTime":269.13,"body":"Seattle, you know, where they"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":266.22,"endTime":269.13,"body":"had Boeing that was, you know,"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":269.22,"endTime":272.64,"body":"we're like industry efforts that"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":269.22,"endTime":272.64,"body":"were improving manufacturing."},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":272.94,"endTime":276.18,"body":"And I think they had some"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":272.94,"endTime":276.18,"body":"Firestarter consultants that"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":276.18,"endTime":279.6,"body":"really came into those areas,"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":276.18,"endTime":279.6,"body":"and then got those early"},{"speaker":"Katie Anderson","startTime":279.6,"endTime":282.6,"body":"adopters. And but it helped paint"},{"speaker":"Unknown","startTime":2285.58,"endTime":2289.06,"body":"the context of it.
