Currently, sex education for LGBTQ+ youth in this country is abysmal, with seven states prohibiting sex education programs from discussing LGBTQ+ relationships. College is a time for self-discovery and freedom, and I believe this could be limited if one has not received the proper sexual education and is possibly only relying on pornography as their educational resource. I am hoping to release two 30-minute-long episodes a week that will discuss an array of topics under LGBTQ+ sex education and both the positive and negative ways our media influences LGBTQ+ sex education.
