Hello from Bruce and Sunny. Spain won the 2026 World Cup and Pete Hegseth estimated we have spent $37.5 billion on the Iran war to date. We just highlighted those things. "Most adults can safely drink up to five 8-ounce cups of black coffee per day", says a new study.   What about coffee and your doctor? Have you had a conversation with your doctor about caffeine? I did and I read an article I thought worth sharing. We also had our normal reports along with a good bit of ribbing each other to bring you another 45 minutes of the worse podcast in the unknown universe.

Welcome

Bruce

Have you ever asked your doctor how much coffee?

Sunny

Well you know, Bruce, I don't go to the doctor.

Bruce

Don't I know?

Sunny

Well then why did you ask?

Bruce

Well that's my opening comment for the episode.

Sunny

Oh, okay. So have you ever asked your doctor how much coffee?

Bruce

Yes, and we'll talk about that here shortly.

Sunny

Okay. Sounds like a plan! Yay! Welcome to the Ugly Quacking Duck Podcast. I'm Sunny.

Bruce

And I'm Bruce, and we're glad to have you aboard. We hope you stick around till the end.

Capella

Welcome to the Ugly Quacking Duck. We like to joke that we're the worst podcast in the unknown universe, but we're pretty sure that's just our charm. We're here to offer a different perspective on the things you see every day, moving away from the usual noise to bring a little more light, perspective, and an uplifting spirit into your routine. Life is plenty heavy as it is, so we're just here to help you find a reason to smile. Thanks for stopping by.

Sunny

This episode is being recorded out of The Studio in the Midwest Southern Illinois.

Bruce

Yep, it's our secret uh studio, uh hidden studio or whatever else you'd like to call it.

Sunny

Well, you know it's not really a secret, Bruce, or hidden.

Bruce

Well, they don't know where it's at.

Sunny

Well, yeah, I guess that's true.

Bruce

I like calling it that. It just gives me an air of excitement while I record.

Sunny

Okay. We're gonna lean on that excitement. So we are in the invisible wait yeah, invisible studio.

Bruce

No, not invis not invisible, just hidden.

Sunny

No, you take all the fun away.

Bruce

No, I don't. But anyhow, hello everybody. Welcome to episode 153. We are recording right now on 7226 and in the afternoon on kind of a cloudy, cooler day. It's pretty nice.

Sunny

Oh, it's real nice. It was like 69 this morning when Bruce finally got up.

Bruce

I got up early.

Sunny

Well, you got up later than I did, because I was already up.

Bruce

You didn't go to sleep.

Sunny

Well, they don't have to know that.

Bruce

Anyhow, it was a beautiful morning and still a beautiful day. It is a little bit cloudy, not bad. The sun's rolling out from behind those clouds quite often, uh, but it's only according to my thermometer, 84 degrees here. Uh, according to the uh phone, which is probably located in Mount Vernon, the sensor, um, Mount Vernon, Illinois, which is not too far from us. It's 78 degrees, so eh, give or take.

Sunny

I think maybe that uh you just don't know what it is.

Bruce

I think I read the numbers and that's all we can do.

Sunny

Yeah, what a cop out.

Bruce

Look, I'm gonna turn your mic off. Don't you dare, I'll tell on you. No, you won't, because nobody'll be able to hear you.

Sunny

That's not fair.

Bruce

Well, behave.

Sunny

No, there's no fun in that.

Bruce

True that, you are right, so just try to keep it down a little bit.

Sunny

Okay, there you go, we'll do that.

Bruce

And as usual, we're gonna shake things up a little bit and change our pattern, and we're gonna do the earthquakes now.

Sunny

Oh, you're always changing things, Bruce.

Bruce

Yeah, almost almost like the uh big box stores, you know. I just move everything around so you can't get used to it. That way you have to shop and shop and shop and get bored.

Sunny

Not knowing where your stuff is. That way you'll spend more time looking and find other things to buy.

Bruce

Well, okay. Isn't that what I said?

Sunny

Not at all.

Bruce

Okay, well, thank you for straightening me up.

Sunny

Well, somebody has to. Jeez.

Bruce

There you are. There I am. Okay. Well, we are recording. Remember that. Oh, yeah. Okay, so we're gonna do our seven-day earthquake report right now instead of later on.

Sunny

Yeah, we never do it the same, folks. By the way, I hope everybody's having a great day. Uh, we're having a good day today. It's always a good day when we can record, and it's nice outside, so we took a walk, we're gonna take another walk, and we're gonna enjoy the day.

Bruce

There you go. It's very true. It's a great day. Hope everybody's having a good day. If you're not, try to take a moment and relax. We'll do that in a minute.

Sunny

Yeah, there you go. Don't get ahead of the cart.

Seven-Day Earthquake Report

Bruce

Okay, so earthquake. The seven-day report is uh actually pretty good this week. It's could change, you know, by the time we record this and uh release it, it could change totally a matter of minutes. So we don't know what's gonna happen. We just report on what's happened.

Sunny

Yeah, you do that every time. Get to it, Bruce. Come on.

Bruce

Okay. So the seven-day report as of the last seven days, as of 722, 26. Can I say that again? As of, anyhow, we only had two 6.0 and bigger earthquakes. Yes, folks, that is right. It's been a kind of a uh downer type situation this last week, which is really good. Let's hear it, let's wait, let's do this. What Sunny, you had to hit it again after I did.

Sunny

Well, you bet I did. I'm supposed to be hitting them buttons.

Bruce

Okay. I guess I'll let you go.

Sunny

Yeah, you're going to.

Bruce

Okay. Anyhow, yeah, we only had two uh 6.0 and bigger earthquakes this week, which is too many, but it's a little bit less than normal. We like that. They both occurred on 7.17, July the 17th, 2026, last week. The first one was a 6.4. No, I'm sorry. The first one was a 7.3 west southwest of Puerto Maduro, Mexico. I hope I pronounced that right. 7.3, which is a big one. And then there was a 6.5, 6.4 shortly thereafter, same location. And uh so they had two, and that's not the first time they've had of major earthquakes in that location of Mexico. In fact, uh just uh a week or two ago during the uh soccer or should I say World Cup games, uh, they had uh some down there. Let's pray the damage was minor, which it probably wasn't. We're talking 7.3 and a 6.4. I think that's right, 6.4. Yep, 6.4. Uh so it probably wasn't very minor. Let's pray there's no uh life loss, also.

Sunny

Yeah, we should always pray that there's no life loss, and if there has been, pray for those families and the destruction. It's very important that we hold them up in prayer and we do positive thoughts towards them. No, none of this negative stuff, folks.

Bruce

Yep, that's right. None. So I don't know. Um now there has been weeks we didn't have any 6.0 earthquakes. Uh but just having two is not major, but it's nice. Um, we also noticed that the sunspot activity is low this week. And I don't know if that has anything to do with it. We're just watching it to see. Uh, we did notice uh last week, I think it was, that on a day that the sunspot activity and the noise, the flares and all that went up a day later, the earthquakes, uh the 6.0, we had several for the next two days. May have been just a coincidence because you know that's a we've not been tracking it all that well until here late lately, and now we're tracking it daily just to see if there's any correlations. But the numbers are down on the solar uh flares and sunspots, the noise from the flux and all that's down, which makes radial communications kind of lower, and the radio guys don't like that, me included. But maybe it has something to do with the earthquake, because the earthquakes are lower too. So we'll see. We're keeping an eye on it. I hope you guys join us every week to get at least that report.

Sunny

Oh, I hope they join us to get some of the blah blah blah blah. What? Oh, I was just acting like you.

Bruce

Uh I think not. I don't act like that.

Sunny

Oh, yeah, you do, don't you folks? Agree with me. He's blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.

Bruce

Oh I'm not even sure where to go with that.

Sunny

Well, you can't go anywhere. That's why I said it.

Bruce

Alright, and that's your story and you're sticking to it.

Sunny

Uh-huh.

Bruce

Okay. Oh boy. I don't know. I'm a little bit hurt.

Sunny

Oh, you'll get over it, big boy. Shall

Asking Doctor About Coffee

Sunny

Bruce, you gotta answer your question that you started at the beginning of the show. Have you ever asked your doctor how much coffee?

Bruce

And the answer is yes. I have asked. Actually, last week, uh, at the end of the week, I had a doctor's appointment with my cardiologist. It's a once a year appointment, and I asked him, I said, I'm not really drinking any caffeine, but I didn't really get a chance to talk to him a lot about it. But I asked him, I said, Can you tell me how much coffee is okay or is not good? And his response was. All right, Sunny, you did that on purpose.

Sunny

Well, yeah, we want a little drama in this show, right?

Bruce

Well, not too much, but okay, that's appropriate. I I liked it. I like a little bit of humor, and that was kind of humorous, actually. So you did a good job. I know I did. All right, so back to the question. Uh he answered me and said, Really, that's what he said, we don't really know. Uh he said that uh there's been studies both ways, and that um what they tell their patients is don't overindulge. A little bit is okay if you want it. And I thought, well, that's all right, because I'd heard that. That's what I told him. I'd heard both sides of the story, you know. I actually heard I've had migraines off and on for the last six, seven years, never had them up until that time, but or if I did, I didn't know what they were. Um that uh caffeine helped that uh because it does something to the blood vessels in your brain, and then other people say too much caffeine will cause migraines. So you hear that both ways. So, you know, that was kind of an interesting take, and I wasn't sure where to go with it.

Sunny

And what did you decide?

Bruce

Well, I decided to go ahead and drink maybe one cup a a day. You know, I had done that in the past and I didn't have any problems with it, as long as I stayed away from the high caffeine drinks, such as uh they have at, you know, uh Starbucks, Seven Brew, uh Dutch Bros, to name some that's around here. But

Coffee Studies And Confusing Results

Bruce

then um I was going over some of my emails from 1440 News, and lo and behold, they had an article about the very same subject, which I thought was very, very interesting since I had just asked my doctor that last week. The title of the uh story is called Coffee Consumption Guidance, and then it says most adults can safely drink up to five ounce, five eight ounce cups of black coffee per day, and regular consumption may improve cardiovascular health, the American Heart Association said yesterday. And that intrigued me, so I went and looked up at the article, and it kind of goes over that same stuff, and that's what I've been hearing off and on, and then other people have said no, that's not true, and I think a lot of it is the way it's been studied and what ingredients was in the coffee and such like that. And here, let me read a few bits and pieces of this is important because coffee is one of the biggest uh drinks consumed other than alcohol in America, and it's important, you know, people uh have it on their mind all the time. Should I be drinking this coffee? Should I have this much caffeine? And on and on and on, and I think this is an important subject, so I wanted to talk a little bit about it, but this is uh what it says. Are you ready, Sunny?

Sunny

I'm ready. Let us have it, Bruce.

Bruce

All right, coffee drinkers. Although the relationship between caffeine and cardiovascular health is complex, the latest research indicates consuming up to five cups of caffeinated coffee per day, which is up to 400 milligrams of caffeine day per day, is safe for most adults and may be linked to cardiovascular health benefits in some individuals, according to a new American Health Association scientific statement. Now that's a lot of ifs and ands and buts. Uh you know, some individuals may be linked. Very, very um risky. But here, I'll I'll read some of the highlights. Ready? The latest research indicates that consuming up to 400 milligrams of caffeine per day, equivalent up to five eight ounce cups of caffeinated coffee per day, is generally safe for most, get that word, most adults, and appears to be linked to a lower risk of several cardiovascular conditions, including you ready for these guys, help heart failure, heart disease, and stroke in some individuals. However, here we go, here's the however. However, higher amounts of caffeine such as levels found in energy drinks, including energy shots, may increase the risk of high blood pressure and or irregular heart rhythm or arrhythmia. More research is needed to better understand caffeine's impact on the body, how different sources of caffeine impact heart health, and how its impact may vary among different people according to the scientific statement. That's a lot of ifs and ands, but for most people it sounds like a one cup of coffee a day actually may help, not hinder. But there are some things you need to know. The statement authors note that studying the effects of caffeine on the cardiovascular system is challenging. Coffee is the main source of caffeine in most research studies, and observed cardiovascular effects may be due to other compounds in the coffee. For example, experimental studies suggest that the bioactive compounds in coffee may have antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which may help explain some health benefits. It is difficult to separate the effects of caffeine from other ingredients usually added to coffee, such as milk, cream, flavored syrups, and or sugar. In addition, most studies on caffeine are observatorial, no, observatational, meaning they cannot prove cause and effect.

Sunny

Seems to me, Bruce, that you're just reading something that is going back and forth and not really showing or proving anything.

Bruce

Yeah, you could say that. Um, however, they did come to a conclusion that uh caffeine in minor amounts can actually be helpful to you, to some people. They always like to live leave that if maybe somehow in there. So, yes, um the major part of it, I think, is do you add anything to your coffee? You know, are you adding sugar, creamer, syrups, and syrups are high in all kinds of um different ingredients, including sugars, which can be very hard on you. So, yeah, it's kind of iffy. So let's go on and continue with this. I'm reading the same article, uh, it's found on newsroom.heart.org if you want to read it. But the the rest of it says, based on the results of the latest research, and then it reviews the consuming the 400 milligrams and blah blah blah. And then it goes into a regular black caffeinated coffee per day. This is without sugars, sweeteners, flavors, or added fillers, is considered safe for. Most adults. A regular brewed non specialty, caffeinated coffee typically contains 9.4 to 20.6 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce. And then consuming caffeinated coffee without added sugars, flavors, or cream was linked to a lower risk of type two diabetes, heart disease, stroke, heart failure, and some irregular heart rhythms. Randomized trials, the most rigorous and reliable type of study design have shown that caffeine consumption in coffee is associated with a lower risk of arterial fibrillation, but also a higher risk of premature venical contractions. Adding sugar, flavored syrups, milk or coffee or creamer to coffee likely reduces its potential health benefits, and more research is needed to understand the impact of these additives. Higher caffeine intake, such as levels found in energy drinks, including energy shots, was associated with cardiovascular harm, such as increased risk of high blood pressure and irregular heart rhythm. Energy drink shots may contain 40 to 69 milligrams of caffeine per fluid ounce. Three to four times more caffeine than regular caffeinated coffee. All right, let me read this part of it to you. This is really interesting. Effects on blood pressure. Studies have found that caffeinated coffee consumption may affect blood pressure differently depending on how much is consumed. Well, duh. But I know what you're thinking. The more consumed, the higher your blood pressure, right? Am I not right?

Sunny

You're right, Bruce. That's what everybody says.

Bruce

All right. Well, read the I'm reading this, and it says in people with optimal blood pressure, drinking one to three cups a day was associated with an increased, yes, you heard me right, increased risk of developing high blood pressure, while drinking more than three cups per day was associated with a lower risk. High doses of caffeine, such as those from energy drinks or energy shots, can significantly increase blood pressure, especially in people who already have high blood pressure. Now, I don't understand that because it's like the guy that was writing it wrote it backwards. Did they do that on purpose? Because I've always heard that more than three cups or five cups can create a higher blood pressure. But this article is saying one to three cups creates a higher risk or increased risk of developing high blood pressure while drinking more than three. More Can I say that again? No, don't. More than three cups per day was associated with a low risk. Hello? Somebody make sense of that for me.

Sunny

Bruce, there's no making sense for anything for you.

Bruce

Well, true. So they just went totally opposite what everybody's always taught, preached, spoke. So I don't know if the author actually wrote that backwards and meant to go the other way, or they're I don't don't understand. But anyway, what do you guys think out there? Isn't that crazy?

Sunny

I think the whole article just goes back and forth, doesn't say anything, and just does what the doctor told you. They don't really know, so they just say, be careful, don't drink a bunch.

Bruce

Yep, you're right. I think that's exactly what's going on. Because anytime you get to reading these articles and delving down deep into them, you start finding weird stuff like that that doesn't really say what they thought they said or what you thought they said, and you're going, oh my. So there you go, folks. Um, there's more, there's more effects on cholesterol. Um, there's effects on heart rhythm, rhythm, uh effects on heart disease and stroke. And it actually said drinking two to four cups of caffeinated coffee per day was linked to a lower risk of heart disease, heart failure and stroke. However, drinking more than four cups of caffeinated coffee a day may increase the risk. So high blood pressure supposedly is one of the causes of heart disease, heart failure, and stroke. But they're saying two to four cups may be linked to a lower risk, just the opposite of that other paragraph I just read. Makes sense, folks.

Sunny

You did that on purpose, didn't you, Bruce? You read that article just to bring that out.

Bruce

I most certainly did, Sunny. I read that article. Now, when I first started reading it earlier, I thought, oh, this is cool. This is cool. And then when I run across the discrepancies, and I'm thinking, what? What's going on? So uh there's more to read and more discrepancies, and I'm I'm just not gonna do it. I mean, I've already taken enough time up from all you that's out there listening, you're probably bored to death with it. But um again, I think I'm gonna take my doctor's um advice and just keep it at a bare minimum. And agree with this article with the point when you add stuff like sugars and syrups, uh, there's a lot of ingredients there that affects your body, uh let alone having caffeine with it. So I'm not going to add all that stuff. I do add honey. I think honey is the most natural sugar your body can digest, and it actually does your body good, I believe, um, not just add sugar to it. A lot of people don't like the taste, but after you eat it for a while or drink it or whatever you digest it, you get more used to the taste, and it actually you actually enjoy it. Promise you, if you just try it for a while. But I eat it on my uh peanut butter sandwiches, I eat it, you know, pretty well on anything. It's not the same as sugar, it don't have the same sweetness, but it is sweet. Anyhow, the one thing I want to read to you though that uh they did say that uh a lot of the bad cholesterol and higher levels of low density lipopetrine uh is uh not present. There's a K-A-F-E-S-T-O-L is present in unfiltered coffee, such as espresso, French press, Turkish coffee or boiled coffee, but not present in coffee brewed with paper filters or instant coffee. So you don't get that extra boost of c bad cholesterol when you drink the filtered coffee. Now I have been making well we used to make a lot of coffee before I had health issues. Hang on just a second. Had to pause and kind of cough a little bit, but um at one time we made a lot of coffee coffee and we ground the beans and then we filtered it and um I don't know where I was going with that, but we have drunk filtered coffee for a long time. Oh, we buy the non-bleached filter paper. Um not sure that's better for you, but you know, we try to cut as many bad things out as we can. So there you go. But once again, coffee is good, coffee is bad. A little bit of coffee is great for uh heart disease, heart failure, and stroke. It it lowers your risk, but too many cups increases your risk, according to part of the article. And the other part of the article says only one cup makes it worse. Drink four cups.

Sunny

Oh, you are silly.

Bruce

All right, you had to do that, didn't you, Sunny?

Sunny

Yep, I had to add that to the end. It was important, yeah. Well,

Weather Roundup From Beijing To Phoenix

Sunny

can we talk about the weather a little bit, Bruce?

Bruce

All right, I agree with that. I took a little bit longer on that coffee thing than I needed to, but I thought it was kind of neat and important. And like I said, most everybody drinks a little bit of coffee. Um, if they don't drink coffee the traditional way, they drink espresso or mixed drinks from a lot of those coffee shops. So they're intaking a lot of caffeine somewhere, and I think they need to know about that. But anyhow, back to what we're going to. The weather. We talked about the Mount Vernon weather being nice, beautiful, a little bit cloudy, but the temperature is about 78 degrees. Sunny. I don't think we're gonna do the whole list today. What would you like to talk about? What location?

Sunny

I think I want to do China. Well, I don't know if I did that last time, but China's pretty neat. Let's do Beijing, China, okay, Bruce?

Bruce

All right. I've got you pulled up.

Sunny

I see that. Thank you very much. Right now in China, it is 73 degrees. The wind's blowing out of the east, two miles an hour. Humidity is 96%. Yep, I said that. Very high. UV index is zero because I think it's nighttime over there. Air quality is 154, which is very unhealthy. And the pressure is 29.65 and rising. Their visibility is six miles an hour. No, six miles.

Bruce

Yeah, there you go. Uh, you do that same as I do. We always say six miles an hour because we're reading that and we're it's just automatic. We put it in there. But very good. Thank you, Sunny. I think I'm going to do Moscow, Moscow, Moscow, Russia, today. 63 degrees there, and it is 77% humidity there, which is kind of high too. The wind's coming out of south-southwest at seven miles an hour. UV index is zero. Air quality is 74, which is moderate. The barometric pressure is 29.74 and steady. Their visibility is six miles. That's distance, not an hour.

Sunny

All right, I want to do one. Let me do uh Phoenix, Arizona. You like Phoenix, Arizona. Bruce, are you over burping in the mic?

Bruce

No, I'm not, and I apologize if anybody heard that.

Sunny

Well, what are you doing?

Bruce

Well, I've got my tonic water today, and um it's creating a little instances, and I'm trying to turn away from the mic.

Sunny

Well, you ain't doing very good.

Bruce

Okay. I'll try better.

Sunny

All right. Now, can I get on with Phoenix Arizona?

Bruce

Yeah, go ahead. All right. Let's hear it. What are you waiting on?

Sunny

Uh all right, I'm ready. 104. It's 104 degrees there right now. It says it feels like 108. That's what it said last time we did this. Humidity is 26%, which is low, but it's a desert, right? UV index is very high at 9. Winds coming out of the north-northwest at 3 miles an hour. Bareometric pressure is 29.77, and it's falling. And their visibility is 10 miles. That's really good. There you go, Bruce. I'm turning it over to you.

Bruce

All right, thank you, Sunny. We're gonna do one more. Spokane, Washington. Spokane, Washington is one of the ones that was requested we do. So we are gonna continue to do it as best we can. Right now it's 94 degrees in Spokane, Washington. It is 19% on the humidity-wise, and it's that's low. UV index is seven, which is high. The winds coming out of the northworthwest is four miles an hour. Their air quality is 127, which is unhealthy for sensitive groups. Their barometric pressure is 29.82 and falling. And their visibility is eight miles. You know, they may have a low visibility up there because of them Canadian fires, and apparently there's a lot of gas chemicals in that fire smoke that's uh descending upon the United States. So we need to remember those people in prayer because it's very rough on people that's breathing it. They're even saying that it can cause uh health problems up to death, uh heart attacks, stroke, good grief, a lot of stuff. But anyway, that's the weather for today, July the twenty-second, twenty twenty-six, and I'm Bruce.

Sunny

And I'm Sunny, and this has been brought to you by the Ugly Quacking Duck Podcast.

Bruce

Well,

World Cup Final Result

Bruce

folks, I got to mention one last time for four years. Yep, that's right. One last time for four years, maybe, unless I get a chance. The World Cup 2026 has ended. Yep, that's right. And who do you think won? I know. Yeah, you should know. You was right here with us, but I actually had to work that day, that Sunday, so I kind of listened to it a little bit on the phone and uh kind of went back and watched some clips afterwards. But I missed that game. Bummer. Well, I'd like to announce that Spain won the 2026 World Cup Games. Yep, they sure did. They won over the top of Argentina 1-0, and it was taken in, let's see, what was the minutes? Well, I don't see it now, but it was in 39 seconds into the second half of the extra time. It seems like it was 106 minutes, but I can't remember for sure. They uh won it. They topped Argentina one to death one to zero. So they won the final game, and there won't be another game for four years. Yep, that's right. So um I'll just have to watch some of the littler games, which I really enjoy, but I have a hard time catching them on the weekends because I usually work. And I don't usually delve too much into politics too much. That's probably not true.

Sunny

You know it's not true, Bruce. You always delving into something.

Bruce

All right, well, that's true. I do do something.

Defense Spending And War Costs

Bruce

Anyway, I ran across an article and I couldn't believe it. And I just wanted to give the there was a uh the defense secretary, Peter Hexeth, um actually testified before the s Senate committee, and um he was asking for more money. More money. Uh yeah, more money. But he estimated the war that that's the Iran war has cost thus far thirty seven point five billion to date. And I thought that was worth bringing out that uh, you know, we're not really in a war, supposedly, but we are, and it's already cost us thirty-seven point five billion, and everybody's almost totally forgot about the Ukraine-Russia war that we are putting billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars into. Uh it's just uh okay. That's enough of my political stand today, but I just want everybody to now that was hit his own estimate of how much we got in that money or that war today. There you go, folks. Uh like it or not, there there's wonder how many people we could feed and give free health care to for all that money. And they're wanting the request was one point five trillion, including sixty seven point one billion in immediate funding. So go ahead, sit down with your calculators, figure how much money that would come to if you wanted to spend it on free health care, free food, help for the homeless. I could go on and on and on. And I know we're doing it for a good reason, so they won't have nuclear weapons and hate us anymore. Oh, um that last part probably wouldn't work. Anyhow, I'm gonna quit talking about it now and we'll go on to something else. I do have to say on a serious note though, that none of us uh in this level of uh government and that's you know, the part that's supposed to vote on all this doesn't really know what's going on. Um they they may tell us one thing and something else may be actually going on. We really don't know. So uh we just have to, you know, kind of watch like we're in a movie. Oh, wait a minute. Yeah, like a play. Alright, never mind. I'm gonna leave it all alone. Let's hear from Capella.
