I'm down here for Tico, that's Texas commission, a law enforcement here in Texas. We're having our annual conference. My company was involved so I got to be a small part of that man. So I'm super pumped that I can make it back here literally in time when the show started.

Sure. So Fridays with Frank is really an educational program. Some comedy, some entertainment.

Yeah, a little bit of that Put on by the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, which is the agency that I'm gainfully employed by. So they decided to put videos out based on traffic enforcement. So I'm assigned full-time to the traffic unit, I drive an unmarked car and I conduct traffic stops and whatever we happen to find when the cameraman's with me. That ends up going on Fridays with Frank. So the agency puts it out on Facebook, instagram, youtube on every Friday, so it's Fridays with Frank. And then I spun off on the private sector doing things like shirts and hats and my own YouTube content and Facebook, instagram, tiktok, all that stuff. So I started on duty and now I do some stuff off duty like this.

Kyle was being groomed for some law enforcement departments who are considering hiring him. I thought that was a great conversation, would fit the mold of what we do and that's what we did. We didn't dwell or talk about any of his stuff that's been beaten, that's you know. I'm going to leave the puns out of it. That has been done for him and that is not the point of the podcast. So I had no intentions of doing that, like asking him about you know, all the shooting and they're like that's not the point. I wanted to talk about the police stuff, maybe the police stuff that was involved while he was in Kenosha. Like I did talk about that but we stayed away from all the politics. That's not what I do.

Like I know unequivocally, if banning were to do something, I am going to not question what it is he's doing because I trust his character so much. The same with with Frank, if Frank's telling me hey, man, I'm going on a trip to Germany to visit the World War II memorials that they have over there, I'm not going to go. um, I know, hold off. Yeah, I did do one in-person guest already and the lighting was really bad, so now I'm kind of like I don't want that to happen again. Um, and she was an awesome guest, so I feel terrible. Um, I am still going to put the clips out that I created. Um, they're just, they're not the greatest um, but uh, it was she. She came on, she runs a lady law shield and, um, she was a former swat officer. As a female, which is hot, that's very. It does not happen. Very often it's not to say, oh, women can't do it, no, it just doesn't happen. And women are so few and far between in law enforcement in general I think they only make up about 13 percent of law enforcement. So, for one to make swat is incredible. And she, she made SWAT in the late 90s, early 2000s, which is unheard of.

Um, it's not a monday morning quarterback and it's more of a getting an insight of how an officer thinks as a call is occurring.

Yep. So I'm kind of I'm more of a general cancer awareness. Cancer touched me pretty, pretty heavy in my family and breast cancer awareness just a really great. It's a great month to recognize, one, that breast cancer is terrible, but, two, that cancer is terrible in general and it's it's bad and it it affects really, really good people that have no reason to be affected by it and it seems to just indiscriminately screw people. Um, so I'm not a big fan of cancer. Um, there's shirts that say all sorts of things about cancer and I believe in them all that they're all bad.

But I was touched by this organization called Courage Under Cancer. It's Courage Under Cancer Foundation and what they do is they provide money to people who are undergoing cancer treatment and help them with the inordinate amount of bills that come in during the cancer treatment. So they helped out my family and now that I have the ability to give back, I want to give back. So those coins you'll notice my normal coins are $20 a piece. That coin is $40 a piece. 25 of that goes to Courage Under Cancer.

I, on the other hand, here I live in Maricopa County, which is the county where Phoenix is, and although it seems to be like on ballot day, on actual election day that they seem to pretty consistently drop the ball. But I submitted my ballot by mail, brought it to an actual post office, handed it to someone behind the counter. The very next day I got an email and text message that said hey, this is the Maricopa County Elections Department. We have received your ballot. That was on a Friday. So, now that you guys have that knowledge and you're going to be able to look that up when we get done here and you'll be like, holy shit, you just learned something.

And then I got a couple weeks off and then I have a cow elk hunt, uh in northern arizona and then a couple weeks after that then I'll be back east shooting hell, yeah, uh, shooting white tail and ducks and geese nice um muleys.

In my experience, uh, because I grew up hunting white tail in michigan muleys are stupid I have heard that they're dumb. So I I was trying to get um, I'm hunting ridge to ridge, so they were kind of down in this valley, uh, in montana, so we crawl up and I crawled a little too much and spooked them and I'm like shit, and they ran right over the ridge and my buddy's like don't worry, they'll be on the other side. As soon as you're out of sight, they stop. I'm like what?

Um, and then that's where I really learned like you need to be really, uh, intentional in your shot placements and stuff, because I shot mine, I spined him, oh he, it paralyzed his back legs and he dragged himself over another ridge and dropped like 40, 50 feet. So we had to go down and get him and, oh my God, that was a fucking nightmare.
