Word of Life Study Series
If you’ve been looking for comprehensive Bible school curriculum that explores redemptive realities in Jesus Christ, grounded in the Word of God- look no further. The goal of this podcast is to spread the life transforming Word of God throughout the world: for the equipping of the saints to do the work of the ministry, and to build up the Body of Christ in what Jesus has accomplished for us through His death, burial, resurrection and seating at the right hand of God the Father. There's such an untapped potential for Christians to enter into their glorious inheritance in Jesus Christ. Together we will discover what Jesus had done for us by providing such a great salvation and how to appropriate the promises of God in our lives. Jesus said in John 8:31-32, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." So let’s explore these Biblical truths and principles together that will absolutely transform our lives. Each podcast season will cover one of the books that I have compiled over the years, you can find a complete listing of my Christian education material on my web site at www.wordinspire.org. You’re welcome to down load these e-books for free in PDF format for your own personal or ministry use- God bless!

Welcome to the Gospel Series- The Discourses of Jesus: www.wordinspire.org
Discourse: “The Shepherd of His Sheep”
Reference: John 10:1-18
Theme: Jesus is our Good Shepherd who has Come to Give us Abundant Life
Context: Jesus had just Healed a Man Born Blind from Birth on the Sabbath
John 10:1-6
“I tell you the truth, the man who does not enter the sheep pen by the gate, but climbs in by some other way, is a thief and a robber. The man who enters by the gate is the shepherd of his sheep. The watchman opens the gate for him, and the sheep listen to his voice. He calls his own sheep by name and leads them out. When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice. But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice.” Jesus used this figure of speech, but they did not understand what he was telling them.
