It Was Never Yours To Carry...But It's Yours To Let Go Of
In today's fiery episode, Shauna encourages you to come with an open heart and open mind because there's a TON of good nuggets in today's episode for those needing or wanting a little tough, inspired love.
Shauna shares about her experience growing up as always feeling like she "had a chip on her shoulder" or in other words, pissed off.
What she didn't realize until finally starting therapy, was all of that frustration, resentment and anger was from unprocessed trauma.
After healing and doing the work, which she shares about her general path she took, she realized it was the childhood trauma that was living in her and presented outwardly as shame, defensiveness, insecurities, and lots more.
You'll appreciate today's episode if you find yourself carrying a lot of old baggage, being weighed down by past events or just want to experience a more joyful, present life.
Some good nuggets include
- EMDR, trauma therapy and hypnotherapy for helping process trauma
- Seeing triggers as a beautiful insight to what might need some extra healing and attention
- Signs you might be holding onto things that are keeping you stuck
- Encouragement to find resources that resonate with you
- + lots more
