When we judge ourselves, we block the path to our true selves. In this guided meditation, we move beyond the "inner critic" to a space of observation and finding a pathway out of self-judgment.

We will partner with your spirit guides to uncover the root causes of your self-judgment and receive divine guidance on how to finally let it go. Helping you on your journey of emotional healing and self-love.

This meditation is infused with Distance Reiki energy to help clear the emotional and energetic blockages that keep you stuck in cycles of self-judgment.

In this meditation, you will:

πŸ’— Settle into a state of non-judgmental observation.
πŸ’— Identify subconscious causes of self-criticism.
πŸ’— Receive insights and healing energy from your guides.
πŸ’— Practice returning to your body with a renewed sense of peace.
πŸ’— Receive Reiki to help release self-judgment

Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position for you. Whether that's needed or laying down, don't judge which way is right. Do what works for you. Close your eyes or let them softly be open, not straining, and begin to turn your attention to your breath. Allow it to flow naturally, noticing its rhythm, noticing if it's fast or slow or shallow or deep. Simply observe it, do not judge it. Taking in longer inhales, holding it gently, and then doing a longer exhale. Notice how this deeper breath makes you feel. Does it bring anxiety or calm? Simply observe it. Don't judge it. Turn your attention to your entire body. Notice how it feels. Is there pain? Are you tired? Is there one area that feels different than the rest? Simply observe. Do not judge it. Turn your attention to your emotions. What feelings are coming up right now? Where are they sitting in your body? Sit with them. Let them be there. Do not judge them. Knowing that you are supported by your body, your emotions, and your spirit guides, call to mind a situation where you have been judging yourself. Now ask your guides to share with you any subconscious reasons why you are judging yourself in this situation, allowing them to show you what you might not see. Allow the answers to flow to you without judging the insights that you do receive. Don't judge their answer. Instead, know that you can accept it and act on it when you are ready, and you do not have to do anything immediately. Instead, simply allow the information in now, you can see the bigger one. Noticing how it feels, noticing if anything has shifted. Don't judge it, simply notice. Noticing its rhythm. Has it changed? Don't judge it, just observe it. Slowly beginning to wiggle your hands and feet and opening your eyes when you are ready. Continue to hold on to this state of observing and accepting without judgment. Throughout the rest of your demand, I encourage you to take a moment to jump down.
