December Lesson from the Records - Allow Yourself to Feel

I channeled the December Lesson from the Records and it’s so supportive and beautiful. Through this Lesson, we are reminded of the simple yet profound things we often forget.

𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭. 𝘖𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴. 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴. 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦. 𝘉𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵. 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧.

I also channeled four alignment tips that will support us while navigating this energetically heightened last month of the year! 

Alignment Tips: 

1. Create art in any way you can - express your soul. Do not let the standards of the world define or label your art in any way.
2. Listen to your body - your physical vessel is so smart and it does so much for you. Listen to your body, take care of it, give it what it needs.
3. Use your emotions as your compass - feel as you should but do not let emotions overpower you. You are painting through your emotions but it is not the entirety of you. 
4. Do not be hyper fixated on the end goal, focus on the steps to get there. Every step of the way counts. Do not get overwhelmed when you think of where you want to be. You get there not by jet, but by striding slowly yet consistently. Embrace every step of the way. Love yourself all throughout your journey.
