Today, we’re going to talk about a partnership between CUDA and Initiative Ireland which has resulted in the approval of a new regulated fund, that will enable Credit Unions to financially support Approved Housing Bodies in the delivery of social and affordable housing.
It is the first such Fund to be approved and aims to lend up to €600million euro to AHB’s, resulting in the delivery of thousands of much needed new homes over a 10year period.
