After getting married and moving to Oregon, Emily and Todd are expecting their first child. Todd is not being a supportive partner and is jealous of the attention Emily is receiving. Todd's erratic behavior leads to physical abuse when Emily is 8 months pregnant. After months of enduring Todd's abusive, Emily's best friends notice she needs help and act together to keep her safe.
