Hello Creators!

The Holy grail of the 21st century is the sense of fulfillment and purpose. Better yet if only we could afford to make a living out of it. What if there was something that is not a quick fix for life's biggest dilemma of self-actualization but can give us a boost of joy and fun on daily basis?

I’m talking about the sense of flow - an idea coined by the father of Positive Psychology, Mihály Csíkszentmihályi, who studied the very topic of what makes us happy. It seems that any activity that takes our full attention and meets our skill level can give us the joyful boost we’re all hoping for!

In today’s episode, I’ll talk to my guest Hava, writer and artist, about his approach to creating on daily basis. You’ll find out why it’s important to stop fixating on the end goal and how the act of creating is the goal in itself. You'll also hear about behind the scenes of his process from conjuring up characters, and plots in his mind to finally putting them down on paper. Finally, we’ll discuss how rejection and constructive feedback is essential for progressing and improving your craft.

Thank you for tuning in! Hopefully, something piqued your interest in today's episode and maybe stirred a bit of flow in your life. If you wanted to share your experiences or just say hi, feel free to reach out to me via email: humanly.space@gmail.com or find me on my IG under humanly.space.
