In this episode we talk to Prof. Jason Harris, University of Sydney and Preeti Nalavadi, University of Adelaide, Australia, to understand indigenous business restructuring in India and Australia. They discuss the differences between Tribal/Indigenous businesses and other MSME's in their respective countries, and what unique difficulties are posed by these types of businesses when they become insolvent. We look at what legal frameworks are in place to protect indigenous businesses, and what more can be done for them going forwards.
