This is the traditional episode where I review the current season, which guests came on the podcast, my own solo episodes and what you can go back and listen. 

I enjoyed this season, as we had diverse subjects: recovery, coaching, movement/expressive therapy, first responders, attachment style, embracing the suck, and correctional staff. It was a very human season with all these guests and I was able to discuss my journey from Montreal to Boston to become the mental health counselor I am today.
