Déborah Cherenfant : Building an Inclusive Future For All

Our guest in today's episode is Déborah Cherenfant: An entrepreneur, TEDx Speaker, Animator, and recently the President and Spokesperson for the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal. 

Déborah is an outstanding speaker and facilitator; her expertise has often been called upon in many settings. She was Canada's delegate to the G20 in 2015 and has received numerous accolades, including the Prix Femmes de Mérite en Entrepreneuriat in 2016 and Femmes d'Exception at the Prix femmes d'affaires du Québec in 2021. She is greatly involved as an administrator on various boards, including that of the McCord Museum, the Fédération des chambres de Commerce du Québec, Bonjour Startup Montréal. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Conseil du statut de la femme du Québec.

In 2022, Déborah continues her collaborations as a radio columnist for Tout Un Matin on ICI Première and a TV collaborator for Le Fil on Noovo. She is Regional Director, Women Entrepreneurs, Quebec & Atlantic at TD Bank Group. Throughout the years, Déborah has been passionately committed to women's economic development and has helped advance this narrative further. She also strongly advocates for proper representation regarding having a diverse workforce here in Québec and globally.  

Today's episode discusses how we can build a more inclusive workplace and society. We also discuss Déborah's journey and the wise advice she has regarding leadership, ambition, and women in business.
