And then"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":363.38,"endTime":366.23,"body":"that was the beginning of my"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":366.23,"endTime":369.23,"body":"interest in technology and"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":366.23,"endTime":369.23,"body":"working on software teams,"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":369.23,"endTime":374.15,"body":"product teams. I loved how fast"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":369.23,"endTime":374.15,"body":"we could kind of iterate through"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":374.15,"endTime":377.15,"body":"a problem and figure out"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":374.15,"endTime":377.15,"body":"solutions. And I loved being the"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":377.15,"endTime":381.35,"body":"person who was sort of focused"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":377.15,"endTime":381.35,"body":"on the work on the ground and"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":381.35,"endTime":384.55999999999995,"body":"what we needed to do in the real"},{"speaker":"Jeff Coleman","startTime":381.35,"endTime":384.55999999999995,"body":"world.
