It's safely stored. And those standard contracts"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":336.53999999999996,"endTime":339.72,"body":"all got signed a long time ago,"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":336.53999999999996,"endTime":339.72,"body":"and they all said, Do we would"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":339.72,"endTime":343.74,"body":"start picking the waste up in"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":339.72,"endTime":343.74,"body":"January of 1998 and that didn't"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":343.74,"endTime":347.03999999999996,"body":"happen. Do we thought they'd"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":343.74,"endTime":347.03999999999996,"body":"have a repository by then? But"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":347.03999999999996,"endTime":351.02,"body":"they don't. And so utilities"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":347.03999999999996,"endTime":351.02,"body":"have sued the Department. Of"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":351.02,"endTime":354.26,"body":"energy said, hey, you've got a"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":351.02,"endTime":354.26,"body":"partial breach of contract here."},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":354.26,"endTime":356.96000000000004,"body":"You were supposed to pick it up,"},{"speaker":"Rod Baltzer","startTime":354.26,"endTime":356.96000000000004,"body":"and you didn't.
