Well, ok, that sounds extreme, but that really is the end goal here. Too many animals are still suffering from squalid conditions, abuse, mismanagement and greedy breeding practices (see puppy mills) and as a so called animal loving society, why are we all letting this continue?
Instead of continuing old methods and practices as that's what we've been used to or doing for decades, nay, centuries and passed off as "tradition", it's time to step up and change.
We need tougher laws, but also to get the voices for the animals heard LOUDER, with our help and make and allow change to happen... if we all do better, THEY do better too!
Wendie also calls for anyone with help in order to do this to reach out as she admits, she doesn't have the answers but knows that if more people stopped hiding from harsh truths, a lot more animals could live happier, healthier lives.
