'We Fly Too' Diversity in Military Aviation featured General Charles 'CQ' Brown, USAF Chief of Staff, at Air Force ROTC/Howard University Diversity Event

On Saturday, April 30, 2022 the United States Air Force in collaboration with Howard University held a  'We Fly Too' aviation career showcase event that included several panel discussions covering Diversity in Military Aviation. The fireside style chats were kickoff by the first Black Chief of Staff of the Air Force, General Charles CQ Brown and the President of Howard University, Dr. Wayne A.I. Frederick.

As a prelude to the event, the All Things Aviation & Aerospace webcast livestreamed a roundtable discussion featuring military professionals including USAF Lt. Col. Redahlia Person, the Commander of the Air Force ROTC at Howard University; USAF Lt. Col. Kenyatta Ruffin, White House Fellow and founder of the Legacy Flight Academy; USAF 1st Lt. Dontae Bell, Tactics Officer, 1st Helicopter Squadron, Joint Base Andrews Maryland; and USAF Technical Sergeant De'Mario Greene, A-Flight Chief, UH-1N ISMA, 1st Helicopter Squadron, Joint Base Andrews Maryland.
