✨ TracyMac Peace Place ✨
A sanctuary rooted in the brilliance and lived wisdom of Black women.
Welcome to a space curated by TracyMac, sacred, thoughtful, and layered with honesty, culture, and care.
Here, spirituality stretches beyond boxes, healing unfolds without shame, and pleasure and purpose coexist without apology. Rest is embraced as quiet resistance.
Culture, love, faith, grief, joy, and ancestral wisdom are invited into the room, not as doctrine to be imposed, but as lived experience to be honored.
Come as you are.
Breathe deeply.
Belong fully.
This is your Peace Place.

Do It Afraid
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if doing it afraid isn’t about pushing harder—but honoring where you are?
What does it really mean to do it afraid?
In this episode, I’m sharing a quieter, more honest version of what that looks like in this season of my life. Not pressure. Not performance. Just choosing to move forward—even when I don’t feel fully ready.
I reflect on a full-circle moment that stayed with me—from following an actress for years, to finally meeting her, to later wearing a sweatshirt from her clothing line that simply reads: Do It Afraid. I didn’t know how much I would need those words.
Because doing it afraid hasn’t looked bold or loud for me.
It’s looked like rewriting what I thought was already finished…
honoring my current capacity…
and creating without turning it into stress or expectation.
If you’re in a season where things feel slower, quieter, or uncertain—this is for you.
You don’t have to force it.
You don’t have to perform it.
But you can still do it… afraid.
Come sit with me. 🤎
