Dr. Charles Jennings Discusses the Lack of Comprehensive Lessons Learned From Disasters both Natural and Manmade

Dr. Charles Jennings is the Director of the The Christian Regenhard Center for Emergency Response Studies at John Jay College.  Jennings is also an Associate Prof.  in John Jay's Department of Security, Fire, and Emergency Management.  During this Podcast he discusses the lack of coordination and comprehensive  lessons learned from disasters both natural and manmade as well as the recent Marshall Fire in Colorado. He offers some basic solutions and tells us about what is being done legislatively to improve the situation.
