Ever had a time in your life when you just wanted to run and hide? When the pressures of life—or maybe one specific pressure—felt like they were hunting you down, and all you wanted was a place to hide?
Read by church member and High School Ministry Volunteer Tori Albright, we dive into Psalm 91. Pastor Jeff Moes will talk about what it means that God is our refuge. We’ll discover what it means to hide in the “shadow of the Almighty” and explore the promise that “under His wings you will find refuge.”
We’ll also talk about angels. Are they biblical? If they are, what are they, and what do they do in our lives?
This Sunday, I’m inviting you to come and find refuge in the presence of God as we explore the meaning of Psalm 91. Then, we’ll celebrate immersion baptism together as a church, which is always an exciting and faith-building time.
