Encouragement If You're Struggling To Hear God

I want to share this Word with someone who feels isolated from the Lord. You can't seem to hear the Lord. You can't seem to find Him. The Lord sent me to tell you, THERE IS HOPE. God is near. He is with you! It's His nature to be close. Don't fear!

Here's what I saw, and what I heard from the Spirit of God:

I was in prayer and saw a cell phone that had been lost. It was caught in a chair cushion I was sitting on.

The phone had been left there a while by its owner and they had no idea where it was and how to find it. They would have to backtrack and go back to where they had been in order to find it. They would have to trace their steps backwards

In the same way, the Lord is calling you to go back to where you were in love with the Lord and seeking Him daily. Retrace your steps. Where did you lose your way? Where did you lose faith? Who has distracted you? Or WHAT has distracted you? The Lord is calling on you to stir up your faith.

"Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
2 Timothy 1:6-7 (NKJV) 

The Lord wants you to get back to your first love. Get back on your knees. Encourage yourself in the Lord. Get in His presence and soak in His love. Get reacquainted with His voice.

You are the branch of the Lord. You are built to be connected to the flow of His heart. You are built to know Him. 

The Lord told me to tell you, “I want to know you.”
