Dr. Joe Girdler
“Pastor Joe” began his ministry on a college campus serving MSU in Morehead, KY, with the AG campus ministry, Chi Alpha. Followed by four years of music & youth ministry, he was propelled to a lead pastorate in 1992. Early in ministry he was asked to serve in statewide denominational leadership while simultaneously pastoring King’s Way Assembly in the Lexington, KY area for a total 16 years. Pastor Joe has served as the Kentucky AG District Superintendent since 2004.
Dr. Girdler holds two undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky, a Masters from Asbury Theological Seminary, and completed his Doctorate of Ministry at AG Theological Seminary. They have two children: Rachel, married to Dr. Daniel Cruceta. And, their son, Steven, married to Dr. Julia Girdler. They have our two grandchildren, James 6 and Maddie 4.
