Pastor Dave Highlander
David Highlander has been an ordained minister for over 46 years and has faithfully served three separate congregations. He gas also served as an Executive Presbyter for over 21 years for the Potomac Ministry Network.
He is a graduate of Emmanuel University in Franklin Springs Georgia. He has been married to Sheri, also an ordained minister, for over 46 years. Dave and Sheri have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.
