He has a certification in, “Values-Based Strategic Leadership” by the International Center for Strategic Studies. He is an Educational consultant in Violence Prevention, Personal, Organizational and Community Safety.
Fernando has been a speaker in Peru, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and the United States, with various organizations including "Champions for Life."
His programs, projects and career have recognized him with an Ibero-American Master of Educational Excellence & Doctorate in Philosophy of Education, by the Ibero-American Council for Educational Excellence.
