On this episode of EC, I share what all I have been up to and brought forth the past few months, including OFFICIALLY starting my private chef & catering business, as well as I share persevering through my, “dark night of the soul” journey!!
I go into detail about what, “dark night of the soul” actually means, NO, I was not suicidal!
If many of you remember, several months ago, I went to the beach specifically intending, thru a micro-dose of psilocybin, to experience epiphanies and release ANYthing blocking me or no longer serving me and potentially inhibiting me from further fulfilling and embodying my purpose… but with no luck!
My “higher self” (this is what I believe!) said, “NOPE, that ain’t how we gon do this Stephanie! In order to fully release and heal the baggage you’ve brought into this lifetime, you’re going to go on a roller coaster ride of scary, confused and gut wrenching emotions; THAT will bring about these epiphanic revelations you are seeking, hence heal and releeeeeease!”
Annnnnnd that’s what I did!
It sucked, but was worth it!
Often times our “intentions” surface in unexpected ways, ways that are painful, but in order to get through it, and to the other side of where you belong, and are WORTHY of being, it can be a painful process! Intentionally asking for (this) was the catalyst!
Be intentional! If you’re going through a difficult time, ask questions, ask questions, and keep asking questions… answers will eventually be revealed!
