Please take care of yourself and don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it. Now let's get started with today's story.
Speaker 1My guest, edit B Kiss, contacted me in December 2023, a year ago. During that time, my podcast was on pause due to a move. I promised to follow up when I was recording again, so I reached out to Edit. And here we are today. In her 20s, edit experienced panic attacks. She accidentally found a way to heal them Source memory healing and other natural modalities. I had never heard of source memory healing before and I was intrigued as she shared more. Before today's recording, she gave me a session. Today I'm here to share my testimonial.
Speaker 1Edit originally was a petroleum engineer, working in the petroleum industry for 15 years before becoming a full-time life coach. During those years, she trained to become a Reiki master, a Shukum healer and karma yoga practitioner. She is a number one best-selling author. She's a humanitarian award winner and an international speaker. She works with clients on releasing long-lasting pains, blockages, ancestor defects and emotional traumas so they can live fulfilled and joyful lives. She has clients from all over the world. Edit, thank you for waiting a year and accepting my invitation today, and welcome to the I Need Blue podcast. Thank you so much, jennifer. I'm really excited to be here.
Speaker 2Thank you so much, Jennifer. I'm really excited to be here.
Speaker 1Absolutely. Tell me how you go from being in the petroleum industry to now helping people heal their traumas.
Speaker 2I was excited about the petroleum industry. I really was passionate about that. I really loved analytical tools, you know, digging deep and creating things, and I love the traveling part of it, so I like that. But I was suffering. People at job didn't know about it, but at home, you know, I felt tired. I felt that I don't have time for my kids and I felt stressed. You know, under pressure with the work, I had no time to exercise or even though I thought I am taking care of my diet or what I eat, it wasn't enough. Good, you know I was doing no, I just felt like I have not enough time. And then, especially with my family, and then I had small kids. So this was like a fight within me and eventually I made a decision like I want more work-life balance. So what we did as a family? First we wanted to relocate to New Zealand. Before we left to New Zealand, I actually did the master in Reiki healing. So I was already a Reiki one and two practitioner for many years, but I never did the master label and I decided like let's do the master label, but I get it from the same teacher. So I did the master in Reiki and then we moved to New Zealand for seven months. Why it was seven months? Because we were in an immigration at that time, so they were giving us this time to find a job. Then basically, we could stay but we couldn't find a job. It was like a catch-22. But what happened is during these six months I had so much time with the children. Finally I started to get to know them deeply, spending time with them. I really enjoyed that, like being the family together. And then I also had a lot of time to Reiki myself, you know, using the Reiki energies.
Speaker 2What was the conclusion of this whole energy healing is that suddenly something shifted in my mind and it's blocked certain food to eat. So I was overweight, 73 kilos. I didn't like my body. I didn't like how I looked or felt, you know. And then I was exercising. I loved, you know. I woke up. I've seen the ocean in front of me. I was like, let's go jogging, you know. It was like good inspiration. It was just like two, three kilos was melting off in many months. Still, you know, disappointed, like why I can't lose weight properly.
Speaker 2Then, when this whole shift happened in my mind, one like overnight literally, I woke up and I felt I can't eat certain food. So it was the food groups of, like white flour, processed sugar, milk products and alcohol. I felt like I can't eat those things anymore. It's like you know, when you look at the dog food it looks yummy but you're not eating it because it's dog food. So those kinds of things. Or like you know, when the soap smells like a chocolate or like a coconut something and you would bite in that soap, but you know it's a soap. So that kind of shift happened in my mind, like magically, you know, overnight, and I believe it's because of the energies. What I like magically, you know overnight, and I believe it's because of the energies about I was like tuning into me and I was also doing visualization, imagining myself being in my tiny bikini and being, you know, slim, even though I kind of gave up on the whole story of losing weight.
Speaker 2I was like I'm already 40, something I might. I'm just going to stay as I am, you know. So it was like all of these was in the combination of this manifestation. So then we were already in the process of moving back to Hungary from New Zealand, but then I started to like melting off these weights from me like two, three kilos a month. So within like 10 months I lost like 40 pounds. So I went back to my 18 years of body, like from size L to size S basically, like from size L to size S basically.
Speaker 2But this 10 months was also very critical in other aspects of my life because I moved into contractor engineering. Because when I moved back to Hungary they couldn't hire me back. They said but we're going to give you some job as a contractor. So I was like so delighted because I didn't need to go to the office all the time. You know, just once in a while I could work in the evenings when the kids were sleeping. I had even more salary. So it was like a total freedom. And finally I enjoyed what I wanted to enjoy always being around the kids, you know, and it was just awesome. But meanwhile also my marriage was falling apart because my husband decided to work in another location, so he came home very rarely and then it wasn't a nice connection between us. So that was like the negative aspect of the situation why I was also striving in my career and happy with my kids.
Speaker 2You know, during this time I had so much time to explore other things in life like e-commerce or trading or cryptocurrency. You know like, oh, there are so many things out of you know, my industry. I never knew about it. And also meditation. I started to meditate more with certain guides, I started to love it and I even started meditating with people, helping them with meditations. You know like, because I was in a community, online community, where we were like entrepreneurs and I realized like, oh, I love doing this guided meditation for others, you know, so it was like a process.
Speaker 2And then at that moment was when I was invited to Karma Guru to translate from English to Hungarian his teachings, and my Reiki master called me and said, oh, someone needs a translator. Would you do that? I was like, okay, let's. And then, because I had time, because I was a contractor, you know, I could do. You know? So, actually I went there and then, you know, I couldn't translate because the guru was like had the accent, very heavy accent, you know and also the vocabulary was like I never heard many words, you know of this before. So I was like, okay, I mean, I tried, it didn't go well. So then there was another lady who was already experienced and was leading the whole, you know, group thing. So she was eventually doing the translation. But I could stay there for a bit, you know, just to taste.
Speaker 2And then that was the first meditation, the Samadhi meditation I was doing, and it was already a shocking change in that one meditation. And then, listening also to the guru, what he was saying about mindfulness, about ancestral healing, karma healing, I was like, oh my God, this is the information I was always waiting for, you know. So it was just first the first steps, you know, like opening up this whole horizon of multidimensional existence. And then started to come the breadcrumbs and I also was invited to translate the one-on-one healings. So that was much easier. I had to translate basically the guru healing someone else, you know, on a one-on-one session. So I was translating back and forth with the patient and the guru and I'd seen it firsthand how he's healing, you know how he do the session. So it was I think I was so lucky to be there, you know, and see this firsthand.
Speaker 2So later, a couple of months later, I decided I have to do this, I need to do this course, I want to be a practitioner. So I did the course, I learned the techniques you know, and then, but the source memory healing. When I learned it at that point, then I use it on myself and then it was like stopping illnesses and patterns which were like in my life for years, you know, and it's finally they stopped. It was like, oh my God, there is a life without pain or there is a life without struggle. We're seeing that everything is normal. We're seeing that high blood pressure is normal, migraine is normal, you know, this kind of infection is normal, flu is normal, because your neighbor is having it, your cousin is having it, you know. Then it's normal. So we don't look for solutions because we are programmed to accept these things as normal and then, as soon as they are actually through some magical way, you know, through some modalities, they actually disappeared from my life. I was like shocked and I was like this is great, and then I want to show this to other people, it's so great.
Speaker 2So that's when I actually moved, my kids, went to London, established my healing business and started to do sessions, you know, with people, and I still kept my engineering career for like another year.
Speaker 2I was still able to work from London back to Hungary, but I also started to build my healing and practicing with people because it was my first experiences and then I combined it with Reiki, so I was doing Reiki sessions and meditations and source memory healing all of these together. So it was really rewarding, really great. But then COVID happened, so these one-on-one physical meetups actually stopped and then I had to move into online. So I had to learn, like, how to do all of these sessions online, how to create programs, how to do this, how to do that, and eventually start to get clients from all over the world. It was so great because I didn't need to go away, not leaving my behind, you know, alone when I'm just wandering around London, you know, to clients. So it was so convenient staying home and having clients from Malaysia to Dubai or to United States. You know it was awesome.
Speaker 1Yeah, it's amazing how COVID catapulted people into finding alternative ways to share their message or earn a living, and if we had to look at what were some positives that came out of COVID is there was a lot of personal development and, like you said, finding alternative ways to share messages and things like that. I want to go back to something you said, and it was when you had went to translate. You got there, you really couldn't understand the words, so you weren't able to. But what struck me is that journey. Your intention was to go there and to translate, but your purpose was something totally different.
Speaker 2Yeah, it's like, and we are guided by the universe, you know. That's why I always tell to people and to my clients and my students be a yes man, accept every invitation, because you have no idea where is it guiding you, leading you or when you're going to use it. Sometimes I'm getting into situations which I see two years later that, oh my God, this is the reason I had to do that thing, because now it's helping me.
Speaker 1So it's awesome. Yeah, absolutely. In the introduction we talked about how, in your 20s, you were having the panic attacks and that that's how you accidentally found this source memory healing to help you out with that.
Speaker 2Yeah, so I was a student actually, so I love traveling. So I traveled a lot, mostly alone. So I went to different countries like Caribbean, working on a cruise ship. I went to United States and I went to Europe, all around like being a nanny or au pair. So I traveled a lot alone and I think I neglected some of my needs. That's why it was the panic attack started to happen. Later I found out that it wasn't, you know, really like emotional trigger there. It was more like the physical needs wasn't you know, really like emotional, uh trigger. There, it was more like the physical needs wasn't met.
Speaker 2I later, when I was working with clients, I realized, and with myself also, I realized that you need to go through a healing and you okay, you know sometimes you can. You need to also pay attention do you have enough sleep, you know? Do you take enough nutrients or vitamins or do you have any deficiency? You know around these things, because what I realized is that an iron deficiency can cause panic attacks or the deficiency of B vitamin can vitamin B can cause panic attacks or anxiety and stress. But that time I was traveling in Mexico and I was neglecting like not sleeping well, not sleeping enough, not sleeping enough, not eating well.
Speaker 2So I think that's why I developed it, besides being also a bit stressed or anxious, because I had certain symptoms from certain food and I was kind of like a hippo on there, you know, like, oh, what's going on? Why am I feeling this way, why am I feeling that way? So that's how I developed it. If you are healthy in the physical way, like sleeping enough, you know eating well, then you don't even start to have this anxiety or stress, you know in the first place. So I always tell to my clients first when I meet them like what do you eat? You know how do you sleep. Let's put first those things in the right direction and then work through that, because it's not just always about energy healing and you know therapy is sometimes. You need to start from the basics of your physical health At first. I started to manage it with Reiki, can you?
Speaker 1explain what that is for the listeners who aren't aware what Reiki is.
Speaker 2Yeah, Reiki healing is an energy healing. So basically the practitioner or the healer, she's trained to invoke energy from the supreme, pure consciousness or from the source you know and or God, how you call it. So basically the practitioner calls into energy and then through their palms they project it to the patient and this is truly just the light energy from the universe, basically. And then the practitioner doesn't need to be connected with you truly, it's just connecting through the energy. So the practitioner is also in a Zen mode, is not controlling herself the energy, controlling her body, her hands and everything, and the healing just happens naturally and the energy goes where it should go. Basically, and that's why it's also possible the distance healing, so you can go to a practitioner, but the reiki can send distance and even in time. So the practitioner say, okay, I'm gonna do it 10 pm now the healing, but the person's gonna receive it maybe 3 am when it's sleeping. So you, you can even book your healing like that. So yeah, so Reiki is that.
Speaker 2The Shechem is an energy healing as well and it's like stronger than the Reiki because you're not just invoking the energy, you also step into the Sirius Sun energy because it's connected to the Sirius Sun, because it's an ancient Egyptian modality and it's also the practitioner bringing the energy down to the earth as well and bringing up the earth's energy at the same time, while using the source energy and the Sirius energy. So it's like more energies in play. It's much stronger. So first I was doing Reiki but later, when I did the Shechem healing, my healings actually become like half of the time. So like a one-hour Reiki healing then become a half an hour healing because of the Shechem energies shortened it.
Speaker 1It's interesting because I'm very aware of the superconscious from just from books that I had read in the past. That fascinated me and for me the superconscious is God. But speaking of energy, it's interesting because I can touch someone or hug them and it's like, oh, I can feel their energy and it's a really interesting feeling. You might not recognize what it is right away. Some people have very positive energy and then there are others where their energy might be a little bit more draining just because of what they're holding onto inside. When you come across somebody that has more of that draining energy, you know for somebody listening, how do you create that boundary to where you don't?
Speaker 2absorb. Oh, there are so many methods I teach to my clients and students to protect themselves and protect their energies. So on my YouTube channel you can also find it on my playlist there is the morning ritual. Basically, you invoke the source energy and then you feel yourself up with that light energy from your toes to the top of your head and then you imagine you got filled up with this light and then you even allow it to saturate it and flood over you and then you create like a. You are like in a light bubble, basically, so this light energy can protect you for the day. So when you morning, when you do this before you step out of your home, then you are kind of protected with that light. There are many ways you can actually create that protection shield for yourself. And, of course, also when you are more mindful and you know those people, then you just limit the time with them, you know, or you limit the meeting with them, or that's also a boundary.
Speaker 2I remember that, for example, my mom. We didn't have always a good connection before. Now we are like besties, but we used to have a time when she was very critical, very judging, you know, and I just didn't like to call her because it was always like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So basically I was like called her maybe once a week, you know, or something like that. And then later she started to meditate, started to go to Reiki healings and then I also was doing some sessions with her and she changed so much and now we talk nearly every day, you know, then we can share everything and she's way not critical anymore, like people can change through these energy healings and the healing modalities, like completely. And she's 80, you know she started this shift or way like she was 70, something like 75 or yeah, when she already started this shift. So it's never too late to actually change.
Speaker 1And when we get into. Because you gave me a session, I'll read a little bit of what I put in my journal, but the word that came up in the realization for me was self-advocating and it goes right into basically what you just said about you know we have the ability to change and it's about us becoming aware but also saying you know we have the ability to change and it's about us becoming aware but also saying you know it's okay and giving ourselves permission, you know, to change maybe what our thoughts were before, to let go of that pain, of that guilt, of that shame, and to be be happy and have fulfilled lives, be the person that God created us to be Right. Be the person that God created us to be right Absolutely. Can you share a few examples of maybe some clients who have come to you and where they are today?
Speaker 2There are so many walk of life. Most of the clients come to me because they have PTSD, so they have a bad memory. They were either raped or, you know, abused, and then it's just haunting them all the time. But some of them are became accustomed of this and they saw that there is no life without it, you know anymore. So they were like probably there is no help out there. I tried concealing, I tried hypnotherapy. Nothing helps, so probably I just have to live with it. You know, something like that, until they find me or find out about this healing, you know.
Healing, Transformation, and Forgiveness
Speaker 2And then, for example, one of them were a person who were abused by her father when she was a child, you know, beat it up. She's now in her 40s. When I had the first call with her the call before even she signed up she asked me like how do you think it's possible that I can ever forgive him for this, you know? Or how can I hear from this, you know? And I was telling her ideas. I was telling her, you know, about the karma, about the ancestral things, about the energies, and then she started to cry and then she already started to say, like you know, no, I can imagine that there will be a point I forgive. So then we started the sessions. She signed up for the 30 days incubator so we had an intense, uh, couple of weeks with her. She came very hopeless and helpless and then the end of the four weeks she was like smiling more, you know, taking care of herself more you know. She looked more vibrant. But she said after the 30 days that you know what I? I still want to stay connected with you. So she joined my 12 months group coaching so then she can be still around, you know. And then I still want to stay connected with you. So she joined my 12 months group coaching so then she can be still around, you know, and then ask questions and stuff like that. So after, later she reported me that whenever you do a healing on yourself, you're not just healing yourself, you're healing your whole soul family, so it's affecting your DNA line up and down, you know, and soul family, so your ancestors. You healing everybody when you start your healing because of you know.
Speaker 2It was the father issue. Later she said that you know what happened, that my father actually confessed to my husband how bad he feels about beating me up when I was a child. It's actually the ripple effect. The waves hit him as well as she was healing and working on this and she was like, oh my God, I never thought he's going to ever say that to my husband. Also, you said about boundaries and then you said about protection.
Speaker 2Right, so as she was going through this healing process and the training with me, she also created the lifestyle, naturally, you know, with the help of the energies. Basically, that limited the time with people who were draining for her, so she was able to let go of those people. And then the people who might spend a lot of time with you, because you had no other solutions, you know, so you had to be around those people who were draining. Suddenly, when you go through this healing, those people start to disappear and then you start to shift and you start to relocate, or you start to change and then suddenly you are surrounded with better people, or, if they are family members, they start to shift and change and then interact with you better. So it's either way. And then sometimes people are afraid to lose people. But you know there is a saying that elevation requires separation. So when you elevate and you vibrate higher, you eventually going to lose people who's not keeping up with you, with your energy.
Speaker 2And another client was. She came to me. First she came to me because she said she feels lost and she doesn't know what she wants in life and she feels bored at her job. But then I found out that she also has, of course, ptsd, and then, you know, from some abuse from her childhood, blah, blah, blah. As we were clearing those things, it also turned out that she was afraid of responsibilities and then she was afraid to put on more things in her life, more commitments. She was even afraid to get a cat. She was very lonely.
Speaker 2Eventually, going through the healing process with me, what happened to her? She adopted a cat and now she made a place for a cat. So she's happy. Now she's having the cat she always wanted but never had the energy for it. And then she also stepped into a circle where they are working on entrepreneur projects. And then she sees the portal out of her current job, you know. Now she sees the end of the tunnel and then now she's excited about something new which she's going to encounter. You know so, basically, what this helps you.
Speaker 2Opening your third eye, you start to have a vision, you start to feel more aligned with your past and then, as you step into your higher self, as you step into the source, you're going to be more visionary, you're going to have more intuitive thoughts and then it's going to start encouraging you to move certain directions. Before these kind of activations which is happening to you through this healing is you are more worried, you are more fearful, you are afraid to start things or you're afraid to do something new. You know, because you're always assuming something negative could happen. So that's which is blocking people, that's what keeps them stuck. And as soon as they start doing these meditations and healings, stepping into the karma vortex, opening their third eye due to the pineal gland activation, basically they're clearing that path for their vision, for their new life.
Speaker 1And one thing that popped in my mind as you were talking as well is, many times people do a vision board, so whether they realize that, impressing the subconscious mind, you can achieve what you want by continually thinking about it and believing that it can happen. If you do a vision board, you already have that thought process. I've always been curious, so I've tried several different types of healing modalities so that I can kind of share with people here was my experience and then they can figure out, you know, what is best for them. We did one a few days ago, on Saturday. You were kind enough to give to me a session so I could share it with the audience, so thank you for that. I will be back. I told you I would journal, and so I'll read some of my journal for you as well.
Speaker 1But one of the first things afterwards the next morning, my husband was like, boy, you coughed a lot in the night, and I was like, well, I don't remember coughing because I know you did, and so I felt like that was my way of also using my throat chakra, which is our voice right, and even if it was through coughing, to kind of release some things that I was supposed to say right, and what I wrote at 9.30 in the morning is that I realized that clarity and direction was coming through. I wrote on my paper basically the four things that we had talked about in the session and there was one in particular where I started to cry and I was like nobody has been able to help me with this, and you very gently and empathetically guided me through that and I love that. It brings you to a place of forgiveness. Forgiveness is important, not just for yourself but for others, for the situation, for those also involved in the situation, because it's complex, but I like that. That's where you guided me, yeah, forgiveness is.
Speaker 2It's just like the most important part. You can't let go without forgiveness. And many people who was victim they afraid to forgive because they feel like then their hurt wasn't justified, that they giving the right to the other person who hurt them. You know, like because I forgive, but it's not like that you forgive mostly for because of yourself, you know, because you don't want to carry that heavy weight anymore, that pain anymore, that suffer anymore. So you need to forgive to be able to put it down.
Speaker 1So my journal I wrote receiving a lot of emotions from who I was talking about. I released a lot of energy through yawning, and you had said that I might feel a little bit tired, and I did notice that day. I was like you know what. I'm just going to rest, I'm going to allow my body to just feel the emotions, release the emotions and do that for myself. And so I did. I loved that. We talked about the chakras and you talked about the eighth chakra, which I had never heard of before. So I loved that.
Speaker 1And we started by breathing in love and releasing toxins. Some words came up when we were talking about a really tough situation and you asked do you forgive so-and-so? And I was quiet because inside it wasn't even a yes or no, it was I completely resist. And later on, as I journaled, in regards to other people in my life, it was interesting because those same words came up twice for them and I was like, oh, now I can view and understand them from a different way, because I know what it feels like to be completely resistant. I felt it in that moment. I felt it in that moment, so I was able to look at them with a different level of understanding and compassion because I knew where they were.
Speaker 2So I believe it brought you even more peace into your life. Yes, relating to other situations as well, not just what we worked on, basically.
Speaker 1Absolutely, because sometimes not understanding it can be so frustrating. You're like I don't really know what's wrong. I don't know what I did. Now I was like, okay, now I understand what they're feeling because I felt it. They're okay to feel that and I was okay to feel it. And then it's like what, what do I need to do now for them?
Speaker 2yeah, you. What's the most important thing to understand for people is that when we do a session like this, we basically stop certain triggers or the reactions to triggers in the future. So what bothered you earlier or what was causing you either mental or physical issue is going to stop after a session if it's related to the same core trauma. So as you work on through your triggers and you know because how we start we start with one trigger. We start with one like why I am reacting this way and what happened. So we start from there. We started with your yawning and then we went to all kinds of memories which had like a much deeper situations, and then any kinds of like triggered situation like you were maybe angry with your coworker or you were maybe felt disappointed because someone did this, and that. That's like the first point of the starting point. And then we go back to see what memories in the past actually creating this trigger in you. Why are you feeling this way now? As soon as we release those past traumas, then the trigger is going to slow down. It's again because we step into the karma vortex and everything is connected. We rewrite the past emotions, so then you create a new past in the future. So you're going to have less and less triggers. So what you're going to feel, you're going to be more and more peaceful and you're going to eventually live in harmony, you know, and nothing going to bother you. And then that keeps your vibration high, because what is bringing you low is the negative emotions and again going back to what's normal.
Speaker 2Some people say, oh, this is just who I am. I'm always angry and grumpy, or this is how I am. I sometimes shouting or sometimes getting raged, you know, because this is who I am. Or you know all kinds of things like how people react sometimes. But they are this because of their core trauma or because of whatever happened to them.
Speaker 2And what is causing these kind of reactions, these anger or harsh words or, you know, whatever they react, is creating physical illnesses in their body without them realizing it. Because being in a low vibration, being disappointed, being sad, being angry, is blocking your chakras. And this is blocking your chakras is going to affect first your gland system, because the gland system is completely aligned with your chakra system and the glands creating the hormones, you know, and the hormones are actually affecting also your emotions, so it's like a cycle and then those affecting other organs as well. That's how you start to get sick Cancer, high blood pressure, heart attack might you think is normal, but it's actually dangerous for you to experiencing negative emotions. So that's why you need to clear the old traumas. You know the course because you want to prevent physical illnesses, you want to prevent diseases in the future through those triggers.
Speaker 1Yes, you know, the other thing that happened Monday that was really interesting and I'm so glad that it did is I finally found inside myself the fire, getting rid of my own feelings and thoughts of I can't do this and coming up with, well, I need to do this and this, and this is. I recorded and edited my audio book. Wow, yes, and I have been. Well, I published my book in 2023 and everybody's like you need to do an audio book, you need to do an audio book. And I was like, yeah, yeah, I don't have time, I don't have the right microphone, yada, yada yada.
Speaker 1I came up with my own excuses as to why I couldn't do it. Girl, come Monday, I had no excuses. I was like this is what I'm doing. And I sat down and I was amazed at myself. I was like, wow, I just I recorded it, I edited it, it's out to be formatted, and I think that our session on Saturday, like I said, it eliminated a blockage that I had that was stopping me from doing something else that I needed to do. That continues my purpose of how do I get my word out there? I don't think that's a coincidence.
Speaker 2Because some of the negative emotions we released, if you remember, was not feeling good enough. Yeah, so if you released the not feeling good enough emotions from the past, then basically, now you're feeling good enough, you know to create whatever you want to create.
Speaker 1It definitely came through and that has been my focus all week is just really getting that to go. I gave myself a goal and I've pretty much reached that goal and so that feels good. I mean I really I got rid of that limiting belief excuse of why I can't do it myself.
Speaker 2Yeah, that sometimes people think like okay, for limiting beliefs we need to do like subconsciously programming, and sometimes that's what they do like for limiting beliefs we need to do like subconscious reprogramming, and sometimes that's what they do, like repetition. You know, they're looking at the mirror, saying it a hundred times like I am great, I am successful, I can do this. You know, and this repetition has to happen many times till the neuron passes. You know changes and shifting. But if there is something, really a core trauma, which is keeping you stuck or keeping that belief, or that belief is coming from there, then you need to deal with that too. Then it's making it easier the subconscious reprogramming. So I believe that all of this is necessary.
Speaker 2So I created a four steps method, like a couple of years ago, and the first step was make the conscious decision. Do you want have the clarity? You know the goal. And the second step was the subconscious reprogramming. So, basically, make sure you have positive thinking, positive mindset, and then you have start implementing good habits. You know positive habits. The third step is basically clearing the the old traumas from the unconscious mind and then the force is getting aligned with the superconscious and these four steps is actually bringing you to success, or to grow and then to reach your goals.
Speaker 1Yeah, Healing is not a one-stop shop. You don't do it once and then think that, oh, everything is good, it's all gone away. There's layers, it's like an onion right, there's layers. But also to touch upon what you just said is it's reprogramming and re-changing the way that you think. It's why that you offer you know yours is a package, because you've learned from experience that I can help you some in one visit. But to truly sustain your healing you need to do a few sessions and I absolutely agree with that. I obviously saw some very eye-opening between self-advocating, between understanding what the completely resistant means, between starting my audio book.
Speaker 2It is so fascinating because, for example, when I had a lady who had panic attacks, many people think like, oh, I don't need help because I don't have very big syndromes, you know, or I don't remember any trauma in my life. But sometimes the experience or the memory is not a traumatizing memory, but still creating negative emotions and become a trauma or a core issue. So, for example, for this lady, she was eight years old, sitting in the living room with the grandparents and she wanted to go outside to play, but the grandparents were watching TV, so they didn't want to go outside with her. So she felt limited, she felt, you know, controlled or blocked, you know, like she couldn't do what she wanted. And that was one of the memory we had to release. And then the second memory we had to release, this fast forward into COVID, when she experienced the same thing she had to stay inside, she was limited, she couldn't go outside.
Speaker 2So all of these two memories, which were not traumatizing memories but still caused her negative emotions, they were the core of her panic attacks later on in a certain situation when she got triggered again.
Speaker 2So it's piled up, piling it up, you know, the emotions, these things, and then we worked on it for like in my 30 days.
Speaker 2She also took my 30 days incubator and she was going from crying, feeling miserable and not being able to actually live a proper you know day or life, from the event from there to happily going back to school again, you know, like to university. So in four weeks times. It fascinated because I, when I started to work with my clients a couple of years ago, it was like I had the eight weeks program and I was like, okay, eight weeks should be fine to you know, to guide them through and here, and then already at the third or fourth week, I already seen that they are smiling, they are happy, they changing their outlook. You know they already excited about life, you know, even when they were coming to me three weeks earlier like depressed and completely like lost, you know, and then I was like, wow, okay, then it's probably in like a month it's already possible to bring them back to life, you know, you know thank you for everything you have shared today.
Speaker 1Tell us about your book.
Speaker 2Oh yeah, I have my book, check this out. It's On the Healer's Journey, it's a coaching book for seekers. So I wrote this book back in COVID. And why I did it? Because I was, you know, on social media everybody was asking questions like, oh, I feel this way, I feel that way, what should I do? You know, blah, blah, blah. And I started to DM people and I was like, no, I'm not gonna dm to everybody, let's just write a book, you know.
Speaker 2So that's when this was born, you know, basically because it for these seekers, you know, for the ones who were seeking for answers like how to set boundaries, how to, you know, be now with the family together. Nobody could go outside. You know, they had to be together. How to deal with people who don't understand me? You know, because I'm growing, because I'm in the cocoon phase, you know, in the transformation, and I want people to understand me. Or I want to grow faster or I want to get to the other side, you know, like being a butterfly, and these people were. Some of them also wanted to become a lightworker. You know, they felt inside the calling that I want to help others or serve others through my, through modalities or something. So this book is basically for them to give them comfort, to give them some solutions, to give them some guidance.
Speaker 1This is a book for them basically to help them to find their voice or their place and feel comfortable in that the link to purchase the book from Amazon will be in the show notes as well, as well as your social media links.
