Fear (False Evidence Appearing Real): Fear of Rejection

In today's message, Apostle Townsend continued with the message titled FEAR  (False Evidence Appearing Real). His thought was still To fear anything or anyone is to make them your god, and he continued to ask the question "Who or what scares you the most?" referencing Job 3:25.  The subcategory that he began teaching on was the fear of rejection and he taught on the fear of parental rejection.

Greetings, sisters and brothers of France. Today's service was on the continuation of fear, false evidence appearing real. The thought was to fear anything or anyone is to make them your God. Ask yourself while listening, who or what cares you the most?

And so we want to pick up again with fear. Glory to God. False evidence appearing as, if you will, real. Psalm chapter 31. I'm sorry, forgive me. Psalm chapter 34. Verses 1 through 4. Psalm chapter 34. Verses 1 through 4. Give you a chance to get there. So we see here in Psalm 34, verses 1 through 4, the word of God says, I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord. The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord and He heard me. Here it is, and delivered me from all my fears. I'll read that again, verse 4. I sought the Lord, means I gotta seek the Lord about this thing. That's why the Bible teaches us in Ephesians chapter 4, uh verses 6 and 7, that I'm to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving to let my request be made known to God, because what I need is peace. I need God to guard my heart and my mind through Christ Jesus. And that only comes when I make my I let my request be made known to Him. That's the way I settle myself, that's the way I stabilize my mind. Amen. And so he says, I sought the Lord, and he heard me and delivered me from all my fears. To fear anything or anyone is to make that thing your little G-O-D, your little God. Who or what scares you most? Father God, we pray now for the revelation of a difference. Draw back the curtains of our minds, Lord God, and give divine revelation by illuminating us by the Holy Spirit. We believe it and we count it done in Jesus' name, amen. And so we ask the question who or what scares me most? Job said in Job 3 and 25, the thing that I most feared, or the thing that greatly brought me fear has come upon me, has happened to me. Why in the world would that be? Well, God is not gonna have any other gods beside him, before him, beneath him in my life. God will not share his glory with anything, and the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the Lord. The fear of the Lord, Proverbs 9 and 10, the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. So if I fear God, have a reverential fear of God, I won't be able to fear anything else because God will be enthroned in my heart, enthroned in my mind, enthroned in my life. Hallelujah. And we said, who or what again scares us most? In many cases, we may not truly know what our greatest fears are until we actually are confronted with them. The psalmist David said that he will always bless the Lord and his praise will continually be in the Lord from his mouth. David is making, I said before, a proclamation here that says, Come what may, and I don't know what may come, that regardless of my circumstances, he's saying, I will give glory to God. I will give glory to God. He also meant that he would not give glory to his situation, but to his God by speaking the word of God to that situation. Instead of telling God how big my problem is, maybe I ought to tell my problem how big my God is. Instead of telling my God how big my problem is, maybe I ought to tell my problem how big my God is so it will behave. It's not afraid of me, that's why it approached me, that's why it came to me. It's not afraid of me, but it fears my God. And my God is light. Glory to God. As soon as I let the light in on my dark situation, I don't know if you know this, but when you go into a dark room and you turn on the light, dark, get up out of there. Dark leaves, dark is chased out when you flip that switch. So all you gotta do is flip a switch with your mouth. Glory to God. How do I flip? Oh my god, how do I flip a switch with my mouth? He says, I sought the Lord, and he heard me. I keep repeating this. He says, I sought the Lord and He heard me. Why did he seek the Lord? It was dark, glory to God, and he needed light, glory to God. He says, So I need to flip the switch and get darkness up out of here. Oh, I'm feeling something, man. And the only way David is saying, the only way I could do that is to call on the name of my God, to call on the name of my God. So we said to you that we'd examine four major forms of fear that the adversary deploys or employs to make him our God. His goal is to supplant God in our lives. Oh my God, have mercy. I'm telling you that's what he's out to do. And and and I told y'all doing prayer. I hope y'all picked that up in the spirit. I told y'all doing prayer, the first thing we're gonna talk about is the fear of rejection, because that's the first thing. So we're talking about these four types of fear or the forms of fear, because remember, according to 2 Timothy 1 and 7, there is a spirit of fear, and this is not only, these are not only the four methods that the Satan that the adversary uses, but I believe this is the order. I just said something. I believe this is his order: fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of people, and finally the fear of death. So the whole time he's scaring the heebie jeebies out of you is to make sure you're scared of death. Oh, glory to God. He's scaring the heebie jeebies out of you, so when somebody in your family dies, you feel like you I you know, you can go to a funeral and you can see people trying to get in the casket with the dead person. You can see people trying to jump up, jump off in that hole with the dead. Oh, oh my mama, oh my husband, my wife. No, they dead. Let them be dead. You don't need to die with them. Your death is coming soon enough. Don't don't you worry. Death is undefeated. Glory to God. Death is undefeated. He's gonna come get you too. But the question is, will you be prepared? And I said before, I may not be ready, but I better be prepared. Glory to God. I better have the blood. Come on, somebody, and hopefully for my family, I better have some life insurance. I remember I used to say, I used to get so angry. Why they call it life insurance? My wife worked at the insurance company. Why they call it life insurance that people die, and that's when they released that money. Well, my wife had to tell me because it's for the people who are still alive. Come on, somebody. In other words, they're making sure that your life was meant for something. Your life has making sure your life has some kind of value on it. Oh, he was here now, he's gone, and he left us with nothing. No, leave him with something, uh, Elder Rory. We're gonna talk about the fear, or if you will, the pressure of rejection. The fear or the pressure of not only rejection, but let's start off with parental rejection. Parental rejection. See, the enemy starts with mom and daddy. Come on, somebody. My bishop used to say in his lifetime there are no illegitimate children, there are only illegitimate parents. Come on, somebody, but the enemy takes advantage of that situation when there's no father in the home or when there's no mother in the home, when the parents are fussing and fighting and divorce. Divorce really means to divide by force.

Divorce means to divide. See, the enemy comes in there and he tries to tear this thing apart. And if he can tear this thing apart, then he can tear up the life and the mind of the child before it matures. Before the child can come into the existence of who God created them to be, the enemy comes in. Come on, somebody, the enemy comes in and he tries to disrupt the process of maturation that God has preordained for that child. And he starts with parents. So the first type of fear rejection is rejection. Something I pulled from Google. Let me read it until you hear it. Social rejection begins as early as toddlehood, and preschool around three to five years old. Did y'all hear that? Okay, I'll read it again because they've been looking at me funny. Social rejection begins as early as toddlhood and preschool around three to five years old. When children first start to engage in complex peer games. In what? Complex peer games. Research shows that kids this age can actively exclude others from games or groups, and they already possess the cognitive, that is the mental ability to recognize and feel distressed by this exclusion. So it's doing something to the child's brain that that mush, they don't have a solid mind yet. It's doing something to that mush, that spongy brain that they have. They're being taught that they're not enough, they're not good enough to be picked for the team. Lord have mercy. The human brain is wired to process social disconnection as pain very early on. Meaning the emotional distress of being left out is felt as soon as social awareness develops. This is why we got to be praying over our kids, man. This is why we have we need to be praying over our grandkids, our great-grandkids. We got to be praying. This is why what people like Pastor Barbara does, what these young mothers are doing, and even some of the older mothers are doing, is so vitally important. Because dad is out trying to slay the dragon, dad is out trying to turn a nickel, turn a dime. Come on, somebody. And dad is not always engaged with the child. Come on, somebody. But dad is setting that physical and present example. Come on, somebody. And the older that child gets, the more wisdom that the father can release. But in the early stages, it's mama. It's mama. Glory to God. My daddy was at work all the time. I say again, all the time. My daddy sometimes left for work. No, most of the time he left for work before I got up. Glory to God. And sometimes he came home after I was in the bed. So I may not see him for a whole week. But guess what? I knew he was there. I felt his presence. I knew, come on, somebody. I knew that dad had a mystique about it. Dad had a presence. Mom would mom would, you know, it was eight of us. And mom would cook, or she could cook, and mom would make a big fat plate for my dad and put it to the side, then say, y'all can have at it. That alone. That alone gave me the understanding that there was a big dude, there was a big man in the house. Somebody come on, somebody. So, but mama even make mama even instilled that presence. I feel something. Mama instills. I heard, I don't know if it was Deacon Green or Ebony. And the daughter asks, hey, you usually make daddy's lunch. You come on, somebody. Was that you told us that's just every you usually and she noticed what are you mad? You mad at daddy? You and Daddy ain't talking because you normally make his lunch. Come on, somebody. See, the mama, mama makes daddy's presence known. Mama makes God's oh, glory to God. Makes God's presence known. Glory to God. So at the young, tender age of three, four, and five, Satan comes to visit. Every time. Satan comes to visit. He's all as soon as they start learning how to walk, he starts dealing with them.

I rebuke them. Glory to God. This is why we gotta we gotta cover these kids with prayer. My sons couldn't leave our house without me anointing them and praying for them every every every school day. And I still pray for him. I was up last night. My youngest son was just on my heart, and I just started praying, man. I I just started oh my god, I just started going up to God. Sometimes that thing just hit you, man. You say, okay, and you don't know that thing hit you. That's Holy Ghost. Holy Ghost said, Your son is right now in a situation. I'm needing you to send something up so I can be released to do something on his behalf. Come on, somebody, and so you don't fight that. You go ahead and release that prayer, man. You go ahead and you get that thing up off of you so God can get that thing off of him or her. You get that prayer up off of you so God can get that demonic force up off of your child, and God is saying, I'm gonna listen to you, I'm gonna hear your prayer. They're not smart enough to pray, pray, they don't know to pray, but I know you know better, so offer something up so I can go to work on your behalf. In the name of Jesus, Lord. Snatch them up at a very, very young age, the fear or the pressure of parental rejection. Let's look at Jesus in the gospel according to Luke chapter two. In the gospel according to Luke chapter two, and Elder Rory, your wife got me shame, man, uh, because she said I sent you the message and I didn't send you the new notes. Oh, forgive me, son. You'll get them as soon as I get done. Okay. So in my wife says, she I can send them, they're coming right now. In the gospel according to Luke, chapter two, verses 45 through 52, the Bible records this about our Lord Jesus. When you're there, just look up at me. Give me a thumbs up or something, amen. The Gospel of Luke, chapter two, starting at verse number 45. Now, every year they had to go for a census to have everybody counted. And so they went up to Jerusalem. Uh uh, Jesus and his mom and father, and the entire company, all the servants, all the household people, everybody went up to Jerusalem to be counted. And then a day later, after they left, they had traveled a whole day and didn't recognize hey, where's little Jesus? And and and little 12-year-old Jesus weren't there. And they looked around all the kinfolk and all around the acquaintances, and they could not find Jesus. So, guess what they had to do? Turn around, because that's what a mama's gonna do. They had to turn, you think Mary was gonna let Joseph keep going? No, they had to turn around and they had to go back to Jerusalem, look for Jesus, and it took three days to find it. Glory to God, took three days to find it. So, in verse number 45 in Luke chapter 2, it says this New King James Version. So when they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem seeking him. Now, so it was that after what three days they found him in the temple. Where in the temple, wouldn't we, as parents, love to find our kids at the temple? Hallelujah! They found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. Verse 47. And all who heard him were astonished at his understanding and his answers. So when they saw him, they were amazed. That's mom and dad. And his mother said to him, Son, that's a capital S. Glory to God. Why have you done this to us? Boom! Okay, that listen, when Mary said that, that could have really damaged Jesus. Come on, somebody. Come on, son. See, we so can as parents, we so concerned about how we feel and what we got going on. She blamed Jesus, who was about his father's business. She blamed Jesus of doing something to hurt her. See, now y'all looking at this different, right? So, verse 48. So when they saw him, they were amazed, and his mother said to him, Son, why have you done this to me and your daddy? Look, your father and I have sought you how anxiously. Mary, don't you know you're supposed to be anxious for nothing? Well, he says in verse number 49, and he said to them, Why did you seek me? Now, Jesus was not saying that they should not be looking for the what their son and the welfare of him. Jesus is asking a pointed question. Jesus is asking his mother, he's he's talking to his mother's spirit, not his mother, my his mother's mind. He's saying, Why did you seek me? Did you seek me for me, or did you seek me for you? Why did all right, mothers? I already gave y'all all kind of props, so I gotta go ahead and throw some rocks now. So so Mary, so Mary is in her feelings. Jesus said to her to his mother, did you not know that I must be about my father's business? In other words, Jesus is saying, Do you know what kind of child I am? Mama, do you know what? Mama, do you know that I'm not just the son of you and Joseph? I'm the son of the living God. Do you not know this? Have you not remembered how you got pregnant, mama? So little Jesus, young 12-year-old Jesus, is trying to help his mama to remember you didn't bring me here. Glory to God. My father sent me here. You were what the Catholic Church refers to as a theotokus. I don't know if y'all ever heard me say that before. Thea means theos means God, tochus means to tote or to carry. So all you were was a vehicle as to how I got here. You theotokus. Now that's it, that's important, but it's not most important. What's most important is not how I got here, but who sent me here. Glory to God. I just said something, mama. You didn't listen, you didn't even know you was gonna get pregnant. You didn't know you was gonna get pregnant, and most of the time you wasn't even trying, you were just having recreation. Come on, somebody, it was recreational. Oh Lord, let me get out of there before somebody look at me the wrong way. In in verse number 50, because he said you must I must be about my father's business in verse number 50. But they did not understand the statement which he spoke to them, mom and daddy, verse 51. Then he went down, watch this. Then he went down with them and came to Nazareth. This is powerful, and was subject to them. Well, check this out now. So Jesus had revelation that his mama let slip, but he still kept things in order, he still stayed submitted on somebody. In other words, you can have a revelation from God, and that does not mean you have to break protocol. Just because you have a revelation, or child has a revelation that mama and daddy don't have does not mean now that child should not be subject to their parents. God, I just said something. But his mother kept all these things in her heart. She just pondered it in her heart. Verse 52. And Jesus, what happened? And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and his parents. With God and men. Our English word stature in this text is derived from a Greek word that depicts an individual recognized as mature. An individual who is now what recognized as mature or of full age, also carrying the connotation of an individual that has reached the proper term of life to do whatever is that to do whatever that is that they are meant to do or were meant to do. So what does that mean? It lastly indicates an individual who is received by others. Here it is of what? In other words, it is based on the opinion of others. It is based on the what? Opinion of others. See, I'm not that until other people around me say I'm that. That's why it's important for mama and daddy to tell a child what they are before the world tries to tell them what they're not. I just said something. Now remember, now we've gone from the age of 12 all the way to the age of 30. Now, a lot of people say and they wonder, and theologians debate why what happened between the ages of 12 and 30. Well, guess what? You need to speak where the Bible speaks, and you need to be silent where the Bible is silent. Okay? 12 years old in the temple, you know, listening and asking questions is what the Lord wants us to know about Jesus at the age 12. Okay. And then it also wants us to know the scripture, the Lord wants us to know that after that, after he told his mom that he must be about his father's business, and did she not know that the Bible teaches that he remained subject to his parents, and he he remained, listen, huh, he remained in humility beneath his parents. So just because God, I say this again, just because God gave me a revelation, that does not mean I get to tell my leader what to do from that point on. Believe it or not, there are some church organizations that won't even ordain an individual until they reach the age of 30. No matter how much education they have, and no matter how long they've been in the word, no matter who their parents are, they will not ordain that individual. Now they'll license them, but they will not ordain them to marry and to counsel and to you know uh funerals and all. They won't do it until that person is 30 years old. Why? Because 30 was when Jesus started his public ministry. Also, 30 was the age that David was when he sat on his first throne. Jesus began his public ministry at the age of 30, which is also the age that King David initially begins his rule as king. However, it was after seven additional years that he that is David was received as king over all Israel. We are accepted by God in many cases before we are accepted by mankind, which can initiate many forms of pressure to conform to be accepted. See, sometimes when people don't accept us, when we believe we should be accepted, then sometimes a spirit of pressure comes up on us to conform so that they can receive us, or that they will receive us, it's called peer pressure. Okay, and from children, from childhood, we experience peer pressure, even as adults, and we'll get to this at another time. You'll see how, as adults, we still have to deal with wanting to be accepted, a desire to be liked, a desire to be, uh, if you will, respected and honored and worshiped, and the devil plays with that, the devil uses that. Glory to God. However, we must learn to never quench the spirit of God and our own personhood for the sake of conforming to others, in other words, you are what you are for a reason, you are the way you are for a reason. And did you know that some people who are putting pressure on you to conform to the way they believe you ought to be, the reason they're doing it is because they see in you what's not in them. Come on, somebody, they see something. Oh my god, they see something in you as a four-year-old. Come on, as a five-year-old, as a six, your older brothers, your older sisters, your your older siblings, come on, somebody, your young people in school, people on the playground, they see something special in you, and it's not in them, and so they're concentrating so hard on what's special about you, your specialness just exudes, it just comes up off of you. Come on, somebody. So, what do they gotta do? They gotta suppress that. Why? Because it makes them feel small. There's some people who walk away from you, there's some people who leave you. Watch this, and they walk away and they leave you. Watch this now, and they go to somebody else better. Correction. They don't go to that person because it's better, they go to that person because that person makes their life easier. Glory to God. In other words, they don't feel the pressure around that person that they feel around you. Come on, somebody, and so they try to get you to conform to them because they feel themselves conforming to you, and they say, Before I lose myself around Ebony, let me go get around somebody who's weaker than her. That my presence makes them yield. Y'all ain't trying to hear me. Y'all ain't trying to hear me. This is all about the fear of rejection, and it started with mama and daddy, the power of parents. The last one I'm gonna talk about today is the fear of the pressure of social familiarity and family rejection. What'd you say? The fear of the pressure of social familiarity and family rejection. See this thing, you see how you see how it's as you go along in life, it's following you. Are y'all seeing what I'm saying? As you go, you go now, Jesus is 30, Jesus is 30, and this they still and stuff's still happening. Let's go to, if you will, how we can read of our Lord's reception of his own hometown folk and family once his public ministry had begun in Mark chapter 6, verses 1 through 6. And after this, I'm gonna start. Because my wife said, I can't take much more. That's what my wife said. And you could tell when I'm so excited, I need to get it out because I'm stumbling all over my words, man. I can't hardly get it out. It's so good, man. Because God is quickening us. God, oh my god. See, this is what the Lord wants me to tell you, and and I said this earlier in prayer, but some of y'all weren't there. When we read through Psalm 8, before we get to this thing about uh uh hometown folk, okay, and and and family, people who think they know you, okay. Before we get to that, this is something the law, the Lord said, Okay, Lyndon, I created in in Psalm 8. I David is talking about how I created the entire universe, I created everything, including supernatural beings, and then they're watching me play in the dirt and and and make y'all. They they watching me play, and then he got he didn't breathe in any of them, but he breathed in you, so they knew that that meant he they had some of him in them.

So they that were watching supernatural beings were watching us as natural beings who are super. I just said something. Y'all missed that. It went on. If did I go over your head, lift up your head. So supernatural beings, invisible angelic forces, both fallen and holy, right? Are looking at what God is doing with dirt, and saw dirt walking and saw dirt moving, it became a living soul, dirt that could think, dirt that made decisions. Come on, somebody, dirt that obeyed God because they chose to, not because he made them, not because they were created to worship him, but because they chose, oh my god, but because they chose to worship him. And so the angels, the angelic, invisible beings, these creatures are looking at God's creation and saying, What is man that you are mindful of him? Go to go to Psalm 8, you'll see what I'm saying. What is man that you visit him? And God talks about how he takes little bitty kids. Come on, somebody, and he gives strength to little kids. He, oh my god, he gives strength to the weak, he gives strength to the feeble. Why to confuse and baffle that which thinks it's strong? This is why the supernatural looks at the natural as super. Why do you think in Genesis chapter six, they wanted to come and have relations with humans? They want to be human. The flesh, oh my, I wish I had time. The flesh is powerful, the flesh is amazing. Look at what the flesh did to many of us, how we got into all types of misbehavior. We didn't do it because we necessarily wanted to, the flesh was in charge. Somebody, somebody pick it up, what I'm putting down. So, so the the the these angelic beings, these created creatures are looking at it inferior, says you made them a little lower than the angels, but then you turn around and crown them with glory. Wait a minute, you gave them their own world, you gave a world to breathe in dirt, so they're baffled, they don't understand what God is doing. But God knows I'm coming through my son in a little bit, and my son is gonna come through one of them. He's gonna be like them. Come on, somebody. Oh, I'm feeling something, man. I'm feeling something, I'm feeling something. Glory to God, hallelujah. We were made in the image and the likeness, not the exactness, but the image and the likeness of God Almighty, and the angelic beings, the creatures were amazed at us, and they looked at God and they looked at us and they looked at God and they looked at us. It's dirt or clay that looks like you, it's clay or dirt that acts like you. And as long as we've been around you through all eternity, we can't be like you like that. Think about what I'm saying. Think about what's going on here, and so the fallen angel, Satan. Guess what he said? And this is how he fell. Guess what he said? Wait a minute now. You gave all you did all of that and gave it to dirt. You create, look at how, look at how splendorous I am. Look at how you can go to um, what is it? Uh I think it's Ezekiel 28. You can go to Ezekiel 28 and you can go to Isaiah 14, it'll tell you how glorious he was, Satan. And he's saying, wait a minute, you giving that to that? And guess what? He felt rejected. What did Satan feel? Rejected. So he took the spirit, God didn't give him, he took on the spirit of rejection. So when 2 Timothy chapter 1, verse 7 says, God did not give us the spirit of fear, but a power of love and a sound mind, he's telling us that rejection comes from the enemy. Rejection, God never rejects his own creation, his creation rejects him when it's deceived, and that's what happened in Genesis chapter 3. Satan deceived the woman into believing that God was rejecting them when really it was him that God had rejected. Oh Lord, have mercy. You know what? I think I'm gonna stop. I think that's enough. I think that's enough. Uh I think that's enough for the you know, I you know, let's go to let's go to Psalm 8. Let's just close with that. Some of y'all, some of y'all weren't able to make it to prayer this morning, and boy, what a prayer time we had. Am I right about it, y'all? What a prayer time we had. We prayed for children, grandchildren. We prayed for great man. We we had such a time, amen. And we prayed for Pastor Barbara's ministry, which is a such a ministry. We pray for the ministry of the mother in the home with the children. Dad's out, as I said before, slaying the dragon, trying to turn her down, and mom's dealt with them little kitties, man, making things happen. See, the mom is the initial influence on the life of the child. The mom is, not dad, mom. It takes mom to really introduce dad to the children. How would the how would dad meet the children if mom didn't birth them? We all listening to the stomach, we all trying to feel the baby kick, got our ear to talking to the stomach, but that baby is in the mama. Come on, somebody. So if the if the if the father really wants to know the child, you need to know your wife. Let me get out of there. So in Psalm chapter 8, it says, Oh Lord, our Lord, are you there? How excellent is your name in all the earth, who have set your glory above the heavens. It's talking about the majesty of God. Then look what the next verse says, verse 2 out of the mouth of babes, so this this majestic God, then the scripture jumps and talks about not something that's really high, but something that's considered low. Think about that now. This is what this is what the angels was thinking. Wait a minute. You made something this high and you're this high. Why are you going so low? It's confusing to the adversary. Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants, you have ordained strength. Because of your enemies, that you may silence the enemy and the avenger, that you may silence Satan and the one who's feeling rejected. You're gonna shut his mouth by giving the power that he believes belongs to him to another that he thinks himself superior to.

Nothing, nothing disturbed people when I was in the army more than people who made these seven lists that people thought didn't deserve it. People who made first sergeant and people thought they weren't worthy of it. Nothing angered other sergeants more. The army made a mistake. How in the world they picked her, how did they pick him and not me? Okay, whatever. Verse number three When I consider your heavens, the this is listen, this is David talking, but he's speaking what the angels were speaking. When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, the cosmic universe which you have ordained. Then he drops and says, This is what I wonder, I don't understand. Verse 4, what is man that you're mindful of him? And the son of man, which is even less than man, this is a lower man, that you visit him. For you have made him a little lower than the angels, he's lower than us, but yet you have crowned him with glory and honor. Why did you promote and elevate that which is least? So Satan is feeling rejected. This is why he tries to give unto us at a very early age the spirit of rejection. This is why praying for our children, laying hands upon our children, anointing our children, covering our grandchildren, covering our whole family. Men, this is why it's so vitally important because the enemy wants our people. Worship him. Worship him through what fear, fear of what? In this case, rejection. Rejection. Says in verse number six, we're almost done. You have made him to have dominion over the works of your hands. This mud, you have put all things under his little muddy feet, all sheep and oxen, even the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the fish of the sea that pass through the paths of the sea. Oh Lord, our Lord, how excellent is your name in all the earth. Why? Because of the man that you put in the earth. Father God, we thank you that we were not rejected. We thank you, Lord God, that there was not even a spirit of rejection until the enemy produced it. But Lord God, he may have produced it and tried to loose it, but we will not receive it.

So, Father God, we thank you for this lesson on today. We thank you for the prayer this morning. We I thank you that you put this in my heart. My wife asked me, Do you have the prayer text? I didn't have it, but I knew you would give it. Come on, I knew you would give it. Lord God, I never have to worry about your word. If I'm seeking you and your word, you will release it. Glory to God. This is my testimony. And Father God, I know that the scriptures and I know our testimonies, like with my daughter Kim, will always align. Because we all give glory and honor to you. We thank you, we bless you, we praise you in Jesus' name. Amen.
