In today's United Corporate Prayer, Apostle Townsend taught from Psalms 105:1-15, were he started to teach on why we should give thanks to the Lord. Also while praying, he referenced how certain individuals are being taken further like Peter, James, and John in their relationships.

Greetings, brothers and sisters of Christ. Welcome to our prayer service. Our speaker was Apostle Townsend, and he read from Psalms 105.

Jasmine, are you about to say something? Okay. Any other prayer requests, specific prayer requests? This is the place he says that if two would agree as touching anything that they would ask, his father in heaven would do it. I am there in the midst. If one can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand to flight. So I'll give you just a few minutes to go to Psalm 105, is where we're gonna come from this morning for our prayer. I'm kind of glad that uh Elder Rory gave the request that he did. Because actually, you came to my mind this morning when I was looking at the lesson and and and working on what to talk to everybody about today. You came to my mind based on some conversations that you and I had uh that I won't I won't go into or reveal me concealed, but um just good to know uh that what you know some of the things that we talked about is is still God, it's still the aroma of it is still in the air. The aroma of what we talked about is is is that is still in the air. So we see here in Psalm 105, the word of God. And I'm gonna read the entire psalm, even though it's pretty long, 45. And I know some of you have already read it. You guys are pretty obedient and studious about when I ask you to to read something before we get together, so I really don't need to read it all. Um let me see. So it's that's here in uh verse one. Oh, give thanks to the Lord. I can stop right there. I've said to you before that I believe we're going to shout and glorify God, kicking up gold dust in heaven, more about what he calls us to miss than what he gave to us. What he calls to go another direct, he calls us to go another way to avoid things that we didn't even know were there, to avoid dangers that we didn't even know would be dangerous. So, oh, give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, sing to him, sing psalms to him, talk of all his wondrous works, glory in his holy name. Let the heart of those rejoice who seek the Lord, seek the Lord and his strength, seek his face evermore. Remember his marvelous works which he has done, his wonders and the judgments of his mouth. O seed of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones. Let me read that again, verse six. O seed of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones. He is the Lord our God, his judgments are in all the earth. He remembers his covenant forever. The word which he commanded for a thousand generations, the word which he commanded for a thousand generations, the word which he commanded for a thousand generations, the covenant which he made with Abraham and his oath to Isaac, and confirmed it to Jacob for a stature, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, excuse me, saying to you, I will give the land of Canaan as the allotment of your inheritance, when they were few in number, indeed, very few, and strangers in it, when they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people, to permit no one to do them wrong. Let me say that again. When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people, he permitted no one to do them wrong. He did that. Yes, he rebuked kings for their sakes. Glory to God. I don't know if y'all remember Isaac, I think it's in chapter 26. Isaac, Isaac's wife was taken. Isaac's wife was taken, and God told God told that king, that Pharaoh, give that man's wife back. And then he told Isaac, man, why didn't you tell me that that was your wife? You lie like your I ain't say he didn't say this, but you lied like your dad to say she was your sister. He says, I or one of my people may have lain with your wife and brought a curse upon this whole land from your God. So God is even talking to people about you. God is telling, God told, oh my God, this is God even told um, I'm trying to remember his name, the father of, oh my God, it's not coming to me right now. But anyway, God told Jacob's father-in-law not to mess with him, not to touch it. So all the way through the lineage, God even made sure that nobody messed with Sarah, Abram's wife. So all through the scriptures, God has shown that he was protecting his chosen ones, his chosen ones. Verse number 12 again. When they were few in number, indeed very few, and strangers in it, that's in a foreign land. When they went from one nation, when you went from one duty assignment, when you went from one state, when you went from one city to another, and they went from one kingdom to another people. He's it says in verse 14, he permitted no one to do them wrong. Yes, he rebuked kings for their sakes, and I'm gonna stop at verse 15 because I can't take no more. Saying, This is what God said to them, do not touch my anointed ones and do my prophets no harm. Glory to God, hallelujah! How many of y'all have heard that before? But but we haven't we have the ability or tendency to take scripture out of context, and so you hear that scripture quoted all the time. I know I do, to so much so that it makes me sick sometimes because sometimes ministers will use that scripture to cover themselves while in sin, to cover themselves while out of the will of God. Everything that we see here is talking about getting in and staying in the will of God in order to receive his protection, but sometimes his protection, he allows, we're gonna talk about this today. He allows certain things that we would think God is not with us. God is not with us. I know I have. I mean, some of y'all I know might be more saved than me, but there was times when I was like, God, where you at? And we'll talk about this today. Rejection is for protection. Because I may have gone away that would have destroyed me. Let that sink in. Let that sink in. God has even allowed me to go places where he didn't want me to go, but he allowed me to go there. But guess what? He had a contingency plan to get me back on track the way he really wanted me. He let us live in uh St. Petersburg, Florida. I, you know, we spent all our life, our young life, getting out of the where we grew up, and then a lot of times spend the rest of our life trying to get back.

And you talking, you're talking about a mistake to go back where you came from. Sometimes it's a mistake. To try to go back to where you came from, especially if God is not done with you yet, before you're ready to be there. So, Father God, in the name of Jesus, just like with the children of Israel, Lord, please don't allow me to have what my flesh wants if it's not in line with your spirit. Father God, we're praying on this morning that you would align our minds, our souls, our spirits, Lord God, with your plan. And Father God, in the name of Jesus, hallelujah. We know that when Jesus took with him Peter, James, and John into the Garden of Gethsemane, along with the other nine, but then he took those three a little further. Hallelujah. Some of us you've taken God a little further, and you said for us to pray that we do not fall into temptation, and then Jesus went over a stone's throw away from where he left Peter, James, and John to be alone with the Father. And Jesus, you prayed, but you also said, Not my will, your will be done. If this cup cannot pass from me, not my will, thou will be done. Came back, you came back to Peter, James, and John, and they were fast asleep. And you said, Could you not watch with me one hour? Could you not watch and pray with me one hour? The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. And Father God, we know that our spirit is always willing, because that's the part that's made like you in your image. But our flesh, Lord God, our minds, our souls, our wills, our bodies, Lord God, are not always in align with you, are not like you. And so, Father God, on this morning, Lord God, and we pray a special prayer for Elder Rory as he is in the Valley of Decision, and his wife Kim, Lord God, for their family. This is that time. And many of us, God, who have come to that point, we know that time. When maybe it's transition time, when maybe it's time to move from one place in life to another. When maybe there's a shift, God. There's a shift, Lord God, and the land that we're in, Lord God, we pray that if it's not from you and you desire we'd be another place, God, that you make that clear, that you make it plain as you've done with their leadership in on so many different occasions, Lord God. But Lord God, don't allow us to say, stay somewhere where you haven't said for us to stay. Lord God, we don't want the land to have to spit us out. Lord God, because we believe you know how to get us out. And so, Father God, so there won't be spit but to get. We're believing right now that you're gonna draw back the curtains of the Rory's mind so that the light and the wisdom and the knowledge of God, that all decisions, Lord God, that are human can cease. And Lord God, the only decision is to align with you. And so, Lord God, we pray, Lord God, as a family for the Rory's family, the subset family, Lord God, of the Rory's, that your kingdom would come and that your will would be done in their marriage with their children of their entire family, Lord God, as it is in heaven. Give unto them day by day, each day, Lord God, their daily bread. Feed them, Lord God, and you also said Jesus. You said it, Lord God, and God, you said it in Deuteronomy that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. And so, Father God, in the name of Jesus, I pray for a supernatural move, Lord God, by you that they be the enemy not be able to touch your anointed and do your prophet no harm, Lord God. Elder Rory is your prophet, sister Kim is your prophet. That is the home, Lord God, of the prophet. What do you mean? I mean those who speak for God. Because according to Romans 8 and 26, we know not what to pray as we ought, but we, Lord God, we rely, we trust Holy Ghost, Lord God, who is the intercessor, who's the Spirit of God that takes hold together with our spirit, because Holy Spirit knows what the mind of the Spirit is. What is your mind on today, God? Concerning our current state, concerning our current situation, Lord God. Draw back the curtains of our minds, Lord God, and illuminate, shine through by the Holy Spirit exactly what your design will is for my lives. Oh God, we thank these are people, Lord God, who would even call. You dealt with them. She called this preacher. Sister Kim called this preacher, thinking she was possibly out of line, but it was exactly what I'd been calling on you about, God. It's exactly what had been troubling my heart and my mind, God. And I was so grateful and so thankful they couldn't even get off the phone because we went to praying and praising. And so Father, so Father God, in the name of Jesus, I know not only because of that, but even Lord God, the opening of services, Lord God, that this is a young lady, Lord God, that you have blessed my wife and I with to help us, Lord God, to make the right decisions based on your reason. Based, oh, glory to God, based on your heart and your desire. And Lord God, that we won't miss you. Lord God, so we want to return the favor. Glory to your name, God, so that they won't miss you, Lord God, so that they won't diss you, Lord God, so that they will be with you, Lord God, Lord God, as you're with them, Lord God, and just like with the children of Israel, you said, These 40 years, Lord God, you led them, Lord God. Their feet did not swell, their clothes did not wear out, Lord God, they did not starve or go, Lord God, without water. You gave them water from the flinty rock, you fed them with manna. What is it? You fed them what they had no idea even existed. So, Father God, if we're gonna serve you, Father God, if we're gonna be led by you, Lord God, and we're gonna have your spiritual guiding and not demonic driving. God, we're gonna need you to talk to us. God, we're gonna need you to give us direction. God, we know that you, we already know that you're giving us protection, but now we need your direction in order to stay within your protection. God, we don't want to step outside of your safety, we don't want to step outside of your glory, we don't want to step outside and move away from what you're doing. We don't want to get involved in our own fleshly desires. Glory to your name, Lord. But you said that if we seek you first, your kingdom and your righteousness, your right wisest, Lord God, the proper way to go that you've already predetermined. Glory to God, hallelujah! If we seek you first, your kingdom and your righteousness, Lord God, all these things will be added. In other words, God, you've told this preacher that when your business becomes my business, my business will become your business. Oh God, have not your business become their business. Oh God, have not your business become their business. Oh Lord God, they've never left us nor forsaken us. From the time you joined them to us, Lord God, they have never left us. Which means if we're with you, they've never left you.

Which means you also have never left them. And so, Lord God, they need to know now that even now, wherever you have allowed them to go, whatever situations you allowed them to experience, you are always with them.

As you confirm that with this preacher, Lord God, you've taken me back over time in my mind, you've taken me back in the spirit, and you've shown me 12 years, 12 years, 40 years, 33 years. You've been showing me, God, ever since my feet touch down. Hallelujah! Ever since my feet touch down, Lord God, 120. Ever since my feet touch down, Lord God, in the savannah region, you've been showing me, Lord God, the journey in retrospect. Oh God, and the glory, the glory that has been released in my heart and my mind. Oh, the glory, glory the Shekinah in my spirit, man, Lord God, based on what you've been revealing to this preacher. Do it for them. I'm no more than they are to you, Lord God. Reveal to them that it was a plan all the time, even when they were planning, they were planning on your plan and didn't know it. Lord, because you already knew you already had made the way, God, and you always have a way, a contingency for my disobedience, a contingency plan for my soulish decisions. And so, Father God, we thank you that this maturity, this next level of maturity that's coming to not just the Rory's, but all your people. Lord God, and we'll look back, Lord God, and smile. We'll look back and laugh, we'll look back and rejoice because of where you brought us from in order to bring us to. And that rejection was for my own protection. Amen. Well, I guess I'll continue. Lord God, thank you once again for hearing us. Lord God, we know according to your word. We know according to your word, Lord God, that you hear us. Whatever we ask. And if we know that you hear us, whatever we ask, then we know that we have the petitions that we asked of you. And so we say, thank you, Lord, in advance. We give you glory, honor, and praise in the matchless name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank God. Thank God. And amen. And amen. Amen. Amen. I want to lift up the greens in there on this morning. Dear Lord Heavenly Father, we just want to say thank you, Lord. First and foremost, Father God, I thank you, Lord God, for the prayers that you place on our apostles' heart for us this morning, Lord God. I thank you, Lord God, that everyone that stood in agreement with that prayer, Lord God, you know the things that we've been dealing with. You know the things, Father God, that we struggle with. You see us, Father God, in those moments, in those quiet moments when no one else sees us, Lord God. You know, Father God, that you've created us, especially me, Father God, that I am usually positive and bubbly, Father God, but no one knows those things that keep us up at night, but you do. And so I thank you, Father God, that you place people in our lives, Father God, that we can trust, that only give us your word, that only give us um holy and wisdom, Father God, directly from you, Father God. We thank you, Lord God, for Prophetess Debbie and Apostles Townsend, Father God. We thank you, Lord God, that they're always so close to you that whenever they speak, it cuts through. It speaks directly to our soul, it speaks directly to our spirit. Like Apostle tells us we know it's true. We know it's you, even when we don't realize it because of the way it feels, Lord God. It's like your anointed takes over over the phone as if we're sitting right there next to each other, Father God. And we also want to thank you, Father God, for the greens, Lord God, for Deacon Freddie Green, Father God, and for Sister Ebony Green, Lord God. We were in a place, Father God, where our marriage was not where it needed to be, Lord God. And they spoke to us. They spoke to us and they shared things about their own life, Father God. They were open and transparent and transparent with us. They took a chance on sharing things just to bless us, just to show us and to tell us your word, Father God. And so we thank you for that right now, Lord God. We thank you, Lord God, that we're in a place that we are right now because they also too remain obedient and they also too stuck and stayed with Grace Awakening, Father God, because we know where the blessing and our help comes from. And it wasn't a hard decision, Lord God. We have talked with this couple. None of us have ever felt like we didn't want to be a part of a Grace Awakening house of prayer because we know that's where the help comes from. We know that you do speak to our leaders, we know that our lives and our marriages have been blessed and have only been for the better since we've been connected to this ministry, Father God. So we thank you, Lord God, that because of that, we're able to speak into each other's lives and encourage each other, Father God. So I thank you, Lord God, for them. And Father God, I pray that all the desires of their hearts will be met, Father God. Even those things that they are afraid to ask you for, Father God, and that you know them, Father God. We ask that you give it to them, Lord God. Cover all of their children, Father God, all of their children's children, Father God, even things that they are connected with, Lord God. Speak to their house, those households, Father God, those children that are lost and that and that do not know you, Father God. We're praying and believing that you will bring them back to you, Father God, that they will come back, they will remember those smaller lessons, they will remember those small talks that Sister Green and Dick, I'm afraid, have with them, Father God, and that they will find their way back to you, Lord God. And so we thank you for that, Lord God, that their hearts will not be heavy with burden because of those things, Father God, that their hearts will not cry tonight because of that, Father God. They're not going to lose sleep over things, Father God. Instead, they're going to give it to you, Father God, and say, You have your way, Father God. Remove their hands from it if their hands are on it, Lord God. And we thank you, Lord, that because of their obedience, Father God, that you are blessing them because of their obedience, Father God, you are covering them, you are restoring them with good health, Father God, with a sound mind. And we thank you for that right now. In Jesus' holy, mighty and precious name, we pray, amen and amen.

Father God, in the name of Jesus, I want to say thank you right now. Lord, I want to thank you for each and every household that is represented here, Lord. And I thank you for the ones that are coming. Lord, I thank you for this ministry. Lord, I thank you for our apostle, Lord. I come before you to pray for each and every leader that's here, God, even the scripture that He saw fit to put out this morning, God. And Lord, I thank you for allowing me to get up and break it down so I can understand it, Lord. And I want to pray what you've given me on today, because I believe that in this prayer and breaking down this scripture, it is answer to prayers that has been privately asked of you, God. And I just want to say thank you. First of all, Lord, in Psalms 105, God, this is where you were answering and speaking, Lord, to David. And God, I just want to say thank you all by myself, God. You said this is a call to people that was worshiping you, God. And I just want to say thank you because you gave them a relationship that meant the world to you, God. You gave them a relationship that prayed only to you. And God, this is where they developed to speak directly to you, God. And Father, they sung songs to you, they cried out to you, they believed in you. They made a vow to you, God, they got back into fellowship with you, Lord. They made songs that said, I just want to get to know you better, I want to spend time with you longer, I just want to be with you, God. They just start speaking unconditionally to you, God. And I just want to say, Lord, I, we all of us want to worship you. And when the dancers lift their hands to you and praise your name, when the speakers and the songstress say hallelujah with a note, God, that is the highest praise. When the prayers go up before you, God, and they say, Abba, Father, that's what they say in their language, God. And when the providers go out and swipe their cards, Lord, that is considered, Lord, Christianomics, Lord. That is a provider of the home, Lord. That is how they worship you. All of us may not know that is a form of worship, God. That's how we do, that's what we do, that's how we be, God. That's our spirit, Lord, that yields our will unto you, God. And we just want to say thank you on today, God. We give thanks unto the Lord, for He is good and He is merciful, God. And we just want to say thank you today. The best way that we know how, we just want to do it elementary, like an infant, God, hallelujah. Like these special kids with special gifts, God. All they know is to be innocent. Oh, glory to your name, and we want to be innocent, oh God, as a baby, God, yeah, just to tell you, thank you, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Those are ideas that we want to give unto you when the ones that went to war and they fought on behalf, God, of saving lives, God, of taking over the land, Lord. Lord, I ask that you will give me the understanding. Um, most of all, Lord, I just want to first of all give you all the glory and give you all the honor and all the praise. And Father, I thank you. In Jesus' name I pray, amen. Amen.

Oh God, you are the strength of all those who put their trust in you. Mercifully accept your prayers, and because through the weakness of our mortal nature, we can do no good thing without you. Grant us, grant us the help of your grace that is keeping your commandments, we may please you, both in the will and deed, and through Jesus Christ, it doesn't take much to ask you to help us, but ask you to look over us. Oh God, protect all our children that are going to school this year, make them make the right decisions. And sometimes we will not be around, and sometimes we won't know what's going on, but we know God is watching over them because Jesus will not leave them. So, God, I just want to thank you so much for all that you have done for each and every one of us. And we always we always gonna have some rocky moments in our life. We know that. We have to take the good with the bad and the bad with the good. So, God, I ask you today, please save each and every one of us. And God, please be with each another, especially our children, going back to school. There are some crazy things that are happening out there, God, and there's some things that the system don't even care about. But us as parents, together, together, we are the strength. In Jesus' name.
