Highlights:
08:55 – When you stop comparing yourself to others, that was a long hard lesson to figure out but that was my world of either comparing to others or trying to make everybody happy.
11:11 – I'm very blessed that I have a supportive family around me that no matter what I was going through said you needed to follow your heart, you need to do what you know is best but only after you've given it everything you have.
15:57 – We do, we live for them every waking moment; not that we're living to serve them, I tell my kids all the time, I`m not here to make you happy.
20:09 – You can’t do therapy with someone until you've done your own therapy, and I saw a video recently where he said you want to know what the best advice I can give you as a parent is, do your own work.
