Episode Highlights:
09:20 - A lot of times people judge themselves for what you went through especially when you are talking about in a visible way and I didn't want them to feel personally attacked when I'm talking about my healing.
13:36 - I said to myself I need to speak with somebody about what I`m going through and I started googling counselors. They literally tell me are you court ordered? Why are you calling us? What happened?
20:25 - Listeners, it's definitely not easy but what we are doing, we don't want other young men and women to have to deal with what we are doing so we are setting a blueprint for the future.
26:42 - Here`s a pamphlet for your sexual assault survivors. They are going to shut down, they are going to isolate themselves and you will never again be a safe space to that person who has dealt with violence.
