In the non-diet world and intuitive eating spaces, you will hear the word “restriction”. But I have found in my work that often we don’t know what that means. We think, “Oh Vanessa, I let myself eat donuts and pizza so I’m not restricting”. However, it’s more complex and deeper than that.
