We are delighted to welcome Tram Anh Nguyen, Co-Founder of CFTE, to this episode of FinTech Focus TV, hosted by Toby Babb.

Following on from the release of The FinTech Job Report, Tram Anh joins us to offer exclusive insights into the current hiring demands, challenges and mindsets present across the entire financial services space.

"Technology is eating finance"- but where do people fit into this?

Finance remains a traditional space and so CFTE was born out of the need to inspire change. FinTech demands people of all backgrounds, especially given the growing talent gap. How do we find more exceptional technologists?

We need to broaden our search. Tram Anh shares the importance of embracing diverse talent pools when looking to make your next hire. A person with a non-finance background, an alternative education path, but a love for tech, should be given the tools to access a career in FinTech.

It is brilliant to learn all about the work of CFTE- the work they are doing to remove blinkers and help us all reimagine the FinTech job description.
