Today's conversation is centred around change and Toby starts by talking about the upcoming documentary, The Era of Convergence, which we are producing to analyse the merging of traditional finance (TradFi) with decentralised finance (DeFi). It's a really exciting time for the finance world and we're thrilled to be producing this doc which is set to feature some pioneering voices in the space.
Following the theme of "old meets new", Nadia shares the interesting conversations she had with clients this week which involved looking at new and inviting ways to engage with talent during the hiring process. Nadia states, "brilliant conversations aren't always easy conversations" as she shares how she is working with her clients to encourage more engaging and productive methods of interviewing, rather than sticking to what they know.
