Hi everyone. Steven (Steve) Holliday here and welcome.
This podcast has evolved. It's dedicated to exploring the "uncut leadership stories and conversations" that the world is now calling for.
At the same time, I lead this podcast with the intention to live a more spirited, lighter, unplanned life. I will continue to reveal and explore my own uncut leadership voice and personal leadership journey.
This podcast began in 2021 by engaging in conversations with those close to me - clients, friends, and family - and now - after a long personal hiatus from summer 2023 - the podcast returns in Spring 2026. The intent is to both widen and focus the conversations to include unheard voices and stories, that engage in vital conversations that the world needs more of. Let's see what emerges.

Liz Bloomfield and I explore "how we know each other". We first met as colleagues in the Wind Power industry - Liz a leader in Onshore Wind, and myself, an internal leadership & org development coach.
Together we worked with others to shape leadership and culture across Onshore wind farm construction, and have stayed connected ever since.
Liz leads the non-profit Ripple Effect Images as executive director, and has deployed globally in many ways, in support of numerous programs empowering communities facing extraordinary challenges.
Her growth spans humanitarian programs, policy initiatives for those trapped in conflict, the building of renewable energy infrastructure, and leading the building of rail infrastructure in Iraq, as an army officer. At her heart, has always been leadership, people, team and culture.
Liz is a great sparring partner, a woman with a real passion to learn, and a curiosity as a leader and coach, that inspires others to join.
Liz and I are talking virtually from our homes in Washington, US & Rugby in the UK.
