Liz Bloomfield and I explore "how we know each other". We first met as colleagues in the Wind Power industry - Liz a leader in Onshore Wind, and myself, an internal leadership & org development coach.
Together we worked with others to shape leadership and culture across Onshore wind farm construction, and have stayed connected ever since.
Liz leads the non-profit Ripple Effect Images as executive director, and has deployed globally in many ways, in support of numerous programs empowering communities facing extraordinary challenges.
Her growth spans humanitarian programs, policy initiatives for those trapped in conflict, the building of renewable energy infrastructure, and leading the building of rail infrastructure in Iraq, as an army officer. At her heart, has always been leadership, people, team and culture.
Liz is a great sparring partner, a woman with a real passion to learn, and a curiosity as a leader and coach, that inspires others to join.
Liz and I are talking virtually from our homes in Washington, US & Rugby in the UK.
Rowan & I explore "What Matters Between Us" further - this time honing in on our sense of what "Going Beyond" might mean.
Once again, Rowan and I are talking virtually from our homes in London & Rugby in the UK.
Rowan & I explore "What Matters Between Us" - unrehearsed, Rowan and I start to explore.

Rowan and I explore "how we know each other". We first met through a mutual peer and friend, as I needed a Resilience specialist to help me in my quest to develop my Mind Fitness, while swimming Lake Windermere in 2019.
Since then Rowan Gray, of Made to Move, has become my coach and sparring partner as I quest to grow in different ways.
He enables me to reveal and work with whatever I am holding and is “patiently relentless” in helping me take my Resilience beyond where I have been before.
What is most unique is his capacity to embrace what is happening, moment by moment – to respond there and then – there is something very “visceral” and real” about that exchange.
The value I get from working with Rowan is knowing that he really “SEES ME”, which opens up the possibility for real exploration and development.
It’s the “way he is, with me” that is of greatest value to me.
Finally - Rowan has an interesting and diverse background, and cares deeply for learning, resilience and sustainability. The rest..I leave for the podcasts :-).

Exploring What Matters, Between Us - unrehearsed, David and I continue to explore a range of things that we felt mattered between us, regarding uncut leadership voices - as co-lead Lacerta Consulting, as we grow powerful resilient communities in workplaces.
Once again, David and I are talking virtually from our homes in Dublin, Ireland and Rugby, UK.

David and I are again talking virtually - he in is home in Dublin, Ireland, and myself again at my house in Rugby in the UK.
David and I explore "how we know each other". We first met and collaborated on a project together in 2012, and have since then been sparring together in many places and forms, to shape the mindset, behaviours and performance of groups - leading now to David joining Lacerta as a 4th Co-Owner - which is just fabulous.
Hailing from Ireland, David has his roots as an engineer, always building things and enabling them work effectively. From there, as an agent of change in both managerial and leadership roles in operations, and then in the form of team coach, and organisational development expert.
David is a kind, patient, warm, funny man. A brilliant listener, he has a real curiosity in him that enables others to stay in exploration mode and not get to bogged down in drama. A systems thinker too, he's passionate about understanding how all the interfaces in an organisation contribute, and what we might learn from noticing the patterns.
The rest will emerge....what a great moment for us all at Lacerta. I am thrilled.

Exploring Our Voices - in our last podcast together, Grant & I undertake my experiment to take some time after the podcasts, to reflect on what we noticed about our voices - and valued most about them :-)
This time, we are both in our homes in the UK, so talking virtually.
Exploring What Matters, Between Us - unrehearsed, Grant and I explore a range of things that we felt mattered between us, regarding uncut leadership voices - as we help organisations and people to grow powerful communities at work , and realise their true value and impact at work.
Once again, Grant and I are talking face-to-face, at the local cafe on the shores of Draycote Reservoir, 2 miles from my house in Rugby in the UK.
Grant and I explore "how we know each other". We first met in Autumn 2010, and have since then been real sparring partners in many different frames - consultant/client, coach/coachee, mentor/mentee, and always real collaborators - bound by two big topics we both really care about - Leadership - and Safety.
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, Grant was a chemical engineer by background, and made his way into the world of operations and leadership very early on. Since then he has played a number of leadership roles in organisations (more on that will come), all the way to MD & CEO - and always had people, leadership, organisation development, and safety, at the heart of his own and others leadership practice.
He's calm, focussed, has real energy and drive, and really takes care to be thoughful before acting - then when he does act, he means to have an impact. He's also easy to be with, light, good-humoured and fun. The rest will emerge....

Exploring What Matters, Between Us - Liam and I are both deeply passionate about inspiring others to "be their best, most authentic self", by truly engaging with them. We share a lot of core ground. :-) The detail will become clear.
Once again, we are outdoors, sat in our back garden, in the autumn / winter sun, at our home in Rugby, UK :-)
My 8th Podcast "co-host" - Liam Holliday - as we explore "how we know each other". Liam is my son, so we know each other well. I will leave the details of that to the podcast.
Born in the North East of England, and having moved house twice, at 24 years old, Liam has some varied life experiences already, and is in the midst of a major transition already !
Having graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering, he decided to let that craft go (for now), and instead seize on his true passion for inspiring others to be healthy, in their mind, body and soul. A fitness instructor already, he is mid-stream of a transition to be a PT (Physical Trainer), with a vision to eventually run his own business.
A passionate, kind, deeply social and outgoing young man, he simply wants to "bring a moment of joy into peoples lives". More will follow.....:-)
Let's dive in. We are outdoors, sat in our back garden, in the autumn / winter sun, at our home in Rugby, UK :-)
