The chief end of man is to give glory to God and enjoy Him forever. Most professing African Christians are restrained from doing this because of gross deception and false teaching. In Romans 12: 3-8 instructs us about spiritual gifts. These gifts are for the edification of the Church, not to be exercised in arrogance or in showy manner. Our incarnate Lord, though being God, exhibited meekness during His earthly ministry, leaving us an example to follow.
Our spiritual gifts are to be exercised to serve others, we are not to be self-serving. The gifts are exactly that; gifts from God to bring Him glory. We have nothing to boast about, and are never to think we are superior to any other member of the body because of any gift we have,
