Jonathan is the managing partner of the long established 15 attorney law firm Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle, & Sacks. He is a matrimonial practitioner and mediator. He came to the the firm following a clerkship with the Hon. Ronald Hoffman a judge respected and admired by many. His firm has a work hard play hard mentality including a holiday party hosted by Jonathan and a beach party with a bonfire.
His big ask is to maintain your civility be respectful to your adversary and to the court and to be on time for court. He likes to be creative and cannot help but see both sides of the case which he describes as a blessing and a curse. He recognizes that in family courts so many are the “best of mankind at their worst.”
Jonathan has devoted so much time and talent to giving back to the community. He has been a supporter of the YMCA and chairman of the board. He is the chairman of the greater toms River Chamber of Commerce and institution that is an economic driver and job creation engine for the community. The chamber celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. He started giving back as the YMCA granted him a scholarship to participate in the air swim program and is community involvement has blossomed from there.
Jonathan is running for the mayor of his hometown Toms River notable for his youth and being the first out gay man to run for a big office in the community.
Jonathan is a huge reader including participation in two book clubs recommending a recent read the Dichotomy of Leadership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin.
