Competent medical testimony reveals marijuana as the best pain management (20) years after a concrete truck explosion that flattened him like a pancake. A pebble in the pond of marijuana law with plenty of ripples!
State v. Ramirez and Orozco - accomplice liability jury charge clarified after horrible death of a two year old child at the hands of one or both of the baby’s parents - remand for re-trial on manslaughter.
Huggins v. Aquilar - car dealer loaner car “garage policy” may not have an escape clause excluding coverage. Dealer policies must have $100,000/$250,000 policies - the NJ Supreme Court reformed the garage policy accordingly.
