Few lawyers will dream of the career that Judge Millard can claim as his own. He has served as the head Prosecutor for Ocean County and served as a Superior Court judge in New Jersey, more specifically serving as the Presiding Judge of both the Family Part and the Law Division. Before ascending to the bench, he combined a busy law practice with involvement in some high-profile cases, including one which inspired senior citizens to bus in to watch the trial and express their outrage.

He had post-conviction involvement with the Robert O. Marshall case that produced a best-selling book by Joe McGinnis called BLIND FAITH, and an Emmy nominated mini-series.
