In this episode, I share one of the ways I walk myself through a difficult situation. Whether you're having a bad day or feeling blue, or you woke up in a bad mood, this is one of the things I do to get myself thinking from a different perspective. People ask how I always stay positive. Well, it's not that I am more positive than anyone else, it's that when something bad happens, I do things like this - it works whether I'm in the office, at home or even dealing with someone in traffic.
