Hi everyone, welcome to another podcast of HTD Worldwide. My name is Paul Sandhu and welcome to the show. Today, we're gonna be discussing a couple great things. But before I go into that, I hope you would like, share, and subscribe on our video if you're watching this on YouTube or wherever you're liking us. So with that being said, Today, we're gonna be talking about some essentials for your gut health. And that's what our whole thing is is going to be about today. Well, you know, I don't know about those of you that are out there. But how many of you have suffered from acid reflux? Well, yeah, probably you've suffered from taking pills to everything probably gotten at least 10 times the doctor? Well, at least once a year, right? Probably. So it's not fun. You know, I think, you know, you really need to find some solutions. And people just don't think that there's really any solutions out there. But man, there are some amazing solutions out there. Like when it comes to amazing stuff like that are heal your gut gut. I was originally thought at first when I first you know, somebody told me that it was like, Well, you know, I don't believe in natural stuff, that stuff doesn't work. That's why they have the pharmaceutical companies, right? So I just never believed in it. So here we are, you know, 2021. And we're, we're talking about this. So it's a great topic to talk about. But you know, honestly, when becoming a believer actually was, you know, I actually was able to do some great things, I don't necessarily have to go see the doctor. And we're gonna talk about a little bit about today, an amazing product that's out there, that will also help you heal your gut. And it's really all natural. And on top of that, what's really great about it is is that you can take it whenever you want, you take it when you travel whenever because you're you know, we're all about travel too, right. So want to make sure that you're you're able to take that with you. So with that being said, let's jump right into these great essential things that are going to help heal your gut. And hopefully you don't have to deal with all the crazy stuff about having to go see your pharmacist every, every two weeks or whatever. So there are some great things that are out there. And these are natural, whole foods that are essentially going to be able to help you heal your gut. So the first one is being a bitch, you guys didn't know that. Well, they're a great thing to be able to have and be able to heal your gut, but also helps you with some great stuff to be able to do that. And also lentils, lentils Did you ever thought now how many of you guys if you're it vendor Indian restaurant, and you've got lentils, amazing fruit, and I know it's one of my favorite foods too. So, but I also used to have acid reflux, but with all the new ass with a new stuff that's out there and an options with great health. Not so much anymore. So artichokes? that's also another great way. And I bet you didn't know that either. Are you Chuck's people that go Yeah, have you ever had artichokes and pizza ever? It's amazing. Okay, well, what can I say? I might be a little crazy here. But it does work. But anyway, soybeans, so it's another product. But I do want to mention one thing about soybean say, they're a good thing. But also just to let you guys know, when you look at your ingredients, or when you're eating at home, or what are your cooking your food. Look at the soy part, because a lot of stuff has soy Legion and different things. Those are not so much good for you as much anymore. It's led to a lot of different health issues for a lot of people. I'm not going to go too much into that, but kind of try to stay away from it. I would highly recommend it. Broccoli, avocados. No, they're not in one word. Broccoli is one you can certainly do. And avocados also is another one that can also be able to help heal your gut as well. So look, those are some great foods now. Avocados are great, especially when it comes to guacamole. Right. So a lot of people think about our gods, they think the first thing they think of is guacamole so I'm also one of those guys that loves guacamole. My wife makes it for me all the time. The other one is apples. I have those pretty much on a daily basis. So probably another reason why my gut is also in a better place. prunes is also another one Now I don't know how many of you guys like brings, I'm not a real big fan here, but maybe some of you guys are. The other ones are actually seeds, other seeds that are out there. So I'm not going to bore you too much. But I want to get to the highlights of this real quick. Because we got a little bit of the time, I know you guys are probably listening to us or watching us, so you got things to do. But here's the thing, yogurt, now yogurt has an amazing enzyme. Now, guys, the thing that you want to look for is enzymes in your food stuff that's going to help heal your gut. So yogurt is actually one of those things that actually will do that for you. So you want to make sure that that's in there in your food as well. So just check that out and make sure that you're able to get that go to your grocery store, obviously, it's pretty much available anywhere. There's a couple of things, there's a thing that comes with your sandwich, when you go to a deli, can you guess what it is? Give you a second. Okay, pickles, pickles are also one of those great things that you can also have to help heal your gut as well. So that's another one that you can also do, and that will kind of help you with healing and, and doing that sort of thing. And then you know, garlic, onions and asparagus, those are all great foods, that also that you have out there, they're also being able to help heal your gut. If you're noticing a trend here, it's pretty much a lot of the foods that are in the food group. They're all fruits and vegetables, you know, when a long time ago, and they actually saw my other coaches say about, you know, doing food and, and, and that sort of thing. And it's pretty much all different types of foods that are part of the food group. Why do you think when you go to a nutritionist, a nutritionist says you need to have X amount of meat, X amount of fruits, X amount of vegetables, because that's how our bodies are essentially program. So you want to be able to have that type of food that's actually out there that will help do that for you. And so that's why when you do get that food, great, because you're deriving your body of nutrients, and all these things are healing your gut, you start having problems with acid reflux, and you know, different things like that, right. And then there's also stuff like tea. And there's one other thing that I like to have in mind, but I don't have it all the time is chocolate. Yes, chocolate, believe it or not. Dark Chocolate is also one of the ones that will also help you as well. Look, guys, I know this probably is not easy in terms of trying to get every single party is for groups all the time I get it, we're in a hurry, we're on the run. For those of you that are always go running to the office or whatever, just pack a bag, you know, what I tell people is just take all your stuff, put it into a bag, or baggies, matter of fact, at the end of the week, and just leave it you know, put it in, take it with you. Now, obviously, due to the current circumstances with the pandemic, a lot of us are not going in the office, but you guys can go to the grocery store, and certainly buy all the stuff, make sure that you have in your frigerator. But I do want to make one thing before I leave you with one thought today. And that is if you're going back to work, which a lot of people are eventually just you know, when you go your grocery grocery shopping, take all that stuff with you, and shove it into refrigerator at work and just label it that way, then you never have to worry about thinking about it and you get all the nutrients that you want. The biggest thing that most people have an issue with is what do you want for lunch today? Well, I want to order out I'll do grubhub or whatever, or something like that. And then that's what they'll do. So that becomes a problem. Now it's great on Fridays, I get it. Most people typically like to do that. Yeah, I spent some time with you guys today explaining this great stuff. I hope it was useful to you. But there's also one other thing I want to mention to you before I leave you. And that is a great product from secret. We've been testing this out here in our in our headquarters here. And I've been actually trying it and it has been amazing for my gut.
