Roadtrip Week 3: Do's and Don't for hiring people remotely

Week 3 of Adam's Ireland, UK and European Road Trip has commenced and today we are discussing the Do's and Don't for hiring people remotely (broken out into 2 distinct areas; Experienced Employees and Graduates)

Questions Include:

• Would you urge a grad to go remote right out of college or adopt a hybrid model if possible and why?
• Is socializing in person the biggest gap to close when working remotely and how do you remedy that?
• Can people learn to work remotely or is it a natural ability?
• Have you seen remote hires go wrong and why?
• Have you been able to hire people from companies who would not allow them to work remotely and is this an opportunity  to capitalize on?
