So what we did is we"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1390.84,"endTime":1393.87,"body":"measured all of the email stuff"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1390.84,"endTime":1393.87,"body":"and compared it to some of the"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1393.87,"endTime":1396.93,"body":"social media activity in terms"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1393.87,"endTime":1396.93,"body":"of driving traffic and awareness"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1396.93,"endTime":1399.45,"body":"and those sorts of pieces. And"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1396.93,"endTime":1399.45,"body":"just right off of just measuring"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1399.45,"endTime":1402.18,"body":"that one particular piece, we"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1399.45,"endTime":1402.18,"body":"saw that social media was"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1402.18,"endTime":1405.78,"body":"driving everything, and email"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1402.18,"endTime":1405.78,"body":"wasn't. And so then we figured"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1405.78,"endTime":1408.33,"body":"out that, okay, it's really"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1405.78,"endTime":1408.33,"body":"coming from Instagram. So let's"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1408.33,"endTime":1410.76,"body":"find some influencers on"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1408.33,"endTime":1410.76,"body":"Instagram that are sports"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1410.76,"endTime":1414.3,"body":"related that can help us really,"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1410.76,"endTime":1414.3,"body":"you know, drive everything that"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1414.3,"endTime":1416.43,"body":"we want. And we measured that."},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1414.3,"endTime":1416.43,"body":"And we found that those"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1416.43,"endTime":1420.12,"body":"influencers were absolutely"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1416.43,"endTime":1420.12,"body":"fantastic. And so we really"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1420.12,"endTime":1422.76,"body":"shifted all of our focus to"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1420.12,"endTime":1422.76,"body":"those particular influencers."},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1422.76,"endTime":1425.61,"body":"And then, so we kept doing kept,"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1422.76,"endTime":1425.61,"body":"we kept doing posts sort of"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1425.61,"endTime":1428.52,"body":"leading up to the event, the"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1425.61,"endTime":1428.52,"body":"second and third posts, it"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1428.52,"endTime":1431.43,"body":"didn't do so great. But we"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1428.52,"endTime":1431.43,"body":"measured all of the all of the"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1431.43,"endTime":1434.16,"body":"posts. And we saw that when we"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1431.43,"endTime":1434.16,"body":"actually posted at this"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1434.16,"endTime":1437.67,"body":"particular time using this type"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1434.16,"endTime":1437.67,"body":"of messaging. And this image,"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1437.94,"endTime":1440.34,"body":"this actually did really well."},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1437.94,"endTime":1440.34,"body":"And when we did the other two"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1440.34,"endTime":1443.34,"body":"posts, we didn't use those,"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1440.34,"endTime":1443.34,"body":"right. And so just by measuring"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1443.34,"endTime":1446.28,"body":"that we could optimize in real"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1443.34,"endTime":1446.28,"body":"time continue to stick with that"},{"speaker":"Nick Lynch","startTime":1446.28,"endTime":1449.76,"body":"influencer.
