So I"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":264.1,"endTime":266.68,"body":"would get to write the"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":266.68,"endTime":270.37,"body":"newsletter articles and"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":266.68,"endTime":270.37,"body":"interview the athletes and that"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":270.37,"endTime":276.67,"body":"sort of thing. But I then"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":270.37,"endTime":276.67,"body":"shifted into nonprofits from"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":276.67,"endTime":281.14,"body":"there. So marketing and that"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":276.67,"endTime":281.14,"body":"sort of thing. And I worked for"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":281.14,"endTime":284.32,"body":"the Georgia lions Lighthouse"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":281.14,"endTime":284.32,"body":"Foundation for the bulk of my"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":284.32,"endTime":288.4,"body":"nonprofit for about seven years."},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":284.32,"endTime":288.4,"body":"And they help low income"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":288.4,"endTime":291.82,"body":"Georgians get eyeglasses, eye"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":288.4,"endTime":291.82,"body":"surgeries and hearing aids. And"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":291.82,"endTime":297.58,"body":"when I started there, we didn't"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":291.82,"endTime":297.58,"body":"have a email blast system. We"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":297.58,"endTime":301.39,"body":"didn't have anything Mark"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":297.58,"endTime":301.39,"body":"getting going. So I got that"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":301.39,"endTime":304.39,"body":"going. But as you know, it's"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":301.39,"endTime":304.39,"body":"small nonprofits, you wear many"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":304.39,"endTime":309.37,"body":"hats. And so I had the"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":304.39,"endTime":309.37,"body":"fundraising hat eventually. And"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":309.37,"endTime":312.31,"body":"also technology. So I was doing"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":309.37,"endTime":312.31,"body":"marketing, fundraising and"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":312.31,"endTime":317.44,"body":"technology. Because I was the"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":312.31,"endTime":317.44,"body":"one who was willing to try to"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":317.44,"endTime":322.66,"body":"learn SQL to pull reports for"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":317.44,"endTime":322.66,"body":"the foundation. As we grew, I"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":322.66,"endTime":326.89,"body":"took a class on it. And I"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":322.66,"endTime":326.89,"body":"realized later that I actually"},{"speaker":"Sarah Epting","startTime":326.89,"endTime":330.61,"body":"ended up doing that.
