Welcome to VOICE POWER Season 6 Episode 7. Reuben Butterfield is my very special guest. A richly talented business man,  founder, creative director, and father living in Victoria, British Columbia. Over the years, his path has taken him through entrepreneurship, leadership, creativity, significant loss, personal reinvention, & Brentwood Bay is his locality in Greater Victoria.   Many of his experiences  have reshaped his perspective and clarified what matters most & we will discover more of why. 
He's often joked that he's made every mistake a man can make. Reuben is a very humble & respectful person I observe from his statement  on making mistakes. I am looking forward to going  in depth with him & learn from his  lessons of experience. Some adventures arrived through loss.  Today, he works alongside founders, organizations, and leadership teams navigating growth, change, and opportunity. Whether the conversation is about business, fatherhood, grief, purpose, fitness, or personal reinvention, Reuben brings a positive perspective grounded in lived real experience and what i love about him is his Curiosity.

Reuben believes meaningful things happen when people gain clarity about who they are, what matters most, and how they choose to show up in the world. His days are driven by questions of trust, purpose, reinvention, and what it means to show up fully for the people and things that matter most. Behind the day-to-day of client work, fatherhood, and life, his first
book is beginning to take shape.
